I'm not sure how to tell her this, but filamentous algae is naturally occurring in healthy streams. And WTF is up wit the "rock" theory, seriously??!! "OK, put this rock on the ground. If it feels wet, it's raining. If it's dry, it's not raining. If it feels cold, it's cold outside. If it feels warm, it's warm outside. ditsy broad
