if you get alot of people you should make it so that there is one person "hiding" who has like all one day and night and has some starting stuff. everyone else just has like a stone sword so the one person can actually make something cool and they have to like charge you lol

Strange idea: 4 players on each team, 2 teams, one gets unlimited diamond armor and tools, one gets stone tools with access to a good amount of stone, iron and trees. The stone team gets a 3 day head start to mine iron, build forts and just generally screw over the diamond team. Every person has a single bucket of lava and water, and there is no more other than that.

@HEROENGI Maybe four trees but no bonemeal, and turn monsters off for the first 3 days. That way, they have to wait for ages to get more wood. And lets them make a maze of trees if they really want. Then you restart the server and turn on monsters after 3 days. More balanced so it dosen't screw them over if the guy with the logs dies.
