Oh my...that is one of my favorites so far!!! You must have been the most elegant soggy shopper in town. LOL I love the ELF shimmering facial whips. They make a great eyeshadow base and do a great job of brightening my eyes on gray days.

I'm a pro MUA and just wanted to say to all beginners out there; If you want to master the art of blending shadows, teh best waay is to start with shimmery shadows. Because of their compound, they are easier to blend than matt shadows.
