Funny how you should mention Vivi not being able to cast Reflect. Despite that, I remember using his Auto Reflect and Reflectx2 abilities and Flare to do about 8000 damage to Necron.

I hate those cannons as well simply because they hurt Kirby if he just touches them. It makes no logical sense! Yes, I know it's a Kirby game but still!
