Enjoyed your videos.  I recently bought an Excalibur 3900 model. So far I've made kale chips, fruit leathers, dried pineapple and mango, and flax crackers. I just love the stuff and can hardly keep up with the production and the food is so much healthier than boughten snacks.

My husband makes beef jerky with out using the jerky gun. He just cuts the meat up thin and marinades it in some sauces (soy sauce and teriyaki sauce). And it is so good.

@CobraBaroness What cut of meat does he use for jerky -- I would think that flank steak would work well.
