  • I stll liked nwa better... RIP Northwest Airlines... Oh alright. And ATA.

  • It's three years later...and watching this video still brings tears to my eyes. ATA was more than an AMAZING company to work for--I miss my family. God bless you all, wherever you are.

  • I worked there for 5 years and loved every minute of it! Great friends, Great trips, and Great memories.

  • Had a great time flying the L-1011 all over the world with some really great guys. MERCY SAKES...

  • this is nowhere near as good without the audio, is there anyway it can be put back?

  • My favorite airline of all time.....

  • i thought it wasnt possible but it happend,,,

  • They were my favorite airline. The people who worked for that airline were so nice. ATA (American Trans Air) was an inexpensive airline, too. :( I LOVE YOU ATA!!!!

  • I miss seeing the blue and gold tails going over my house on their way to land it Midway. Now its all orange, and it just isn't the same

  • Thanks for including a couple C8 Saabs. I was a C8'er until they did away w/ us in 2005. Sad to see how big and little ATA were in 2001 and to see it fall the way it did several years later

  • MDW MX was the best!!!!!

  • Thank you for great memories ATA.

  • VERY NICE! WE WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER ATA IN OUR HEARTS! Awesome, especially for your first video!

  • Thanks!

  • The first time i ever took a flight anywhere was by myself from London to Detroit in 1996, it cost £99 return and it was with this airline, never heard of them until then. Good flight, remember it well.

  • ATA laid off hundreds of mechanics and outsourced its maintenance to unqualified and understaffed repair stations under the banner of saving costs. They went belly up anyway. Good riddance!

  • Finally I think I've fixed the kinks. RIP ATA. This video is dedicated to the 2300+ employees who lost their jobs on April 3, 2008.
