I see its an older vid but man that looks like it was a nice truck. Sounds very good. Do you have any idea if it was a solid dana axle or the twin beam?

Ive got an 87 250 with a 351W in it and i love it...... it just kicks my ass at the gas pump! I get anywhere from 10 to 14 mpg with it..... i can only think of how much it would suck to have the big block 460 in it..... if it comes to that i think id go diesel!

Man I love the sound of that pickup at idle and speaking of gas mileage 8 sounds about right if you are just cruisin around but when you start beating a 460 you can watch the gas gauge go down haha Nice truck though

I used to have an 89 F250 2wd w/ a 460. Mine only got about 9mpg...the best tank I ever got was 10mpg. Well at least it was consistent mileage whether beating on it or babying it...

That was several years ago, gas started going up and I had to get something with better mpg's...so I got a Caprice that got 12. lol.

Haha I know right? I finally got the best of all worlds V8, big car and good mpg's I got a Grand Marquis had to get some straight pipes, you know. I avg mid 20's for mpg. What'd you upgrade to?
