Man, I love this series so much, it's just awesome. It's so intense and covers so many aspects on which a strategy game today lives alone with -"Stealth is a keyelement of our game!" Big deal suckers! Want a cookie?- Quality that sadly isn't produced very often anymore. The only thing nagging me about this and JA:2 are it's self-proclaimed heirs like Company E5 and that shit. Because they have an awful lot of potential, but it's never realized, not by a longshot.

There's some word made up by some bullshitartists called marketing people. They created the word "casual gamer", well the casual gamer per se is a whiny asshole, for who it is too hard to hit more than three buttons at once or to do ANY basic strategic planning. So! Games have to be as easy as possible, so the casual gamer doesn't get pissed and whines as usual. Now the casual gamer also loves graphics and so on and so forth, you get what I mean?

I'd consider JA2 superior in overall terms, but this is pretty damn good too. If there's one thing I really love about this series, aside from gameplay, it's the vast array of different personalities in it. :D

Apart from the graphics being outdated obviously (but art direction is still very good), you'd be surprised how the gameplay is excellent. And last but not least, the game was really fun to play.

Too bad that in video game industry so far stone age was golden age...
