One of the most beautiful moments in the anime.

I am not referring to all of those people getting justice whom Light had killed, either. Light was never my favorite character, but there were no words left to say, no plans left to resort to.

Light had died alone.

And he realized it, too. Misa wasn't there; Takada, Mikami, Sochioro, Rem, L were all dead; Ryuk never had any alligence to him. He wasted his whole life & had killed everyone close to him.

And at the end, I think he realized that.
