Annoys the hell out of me that only 1 DVD was released for English..so that's only 5 episodes ever released officially. And no one ever wants to fan subs anime from the 90's now.. Fortune Quests a priceless gem that should have been more noticed I say.

The opening is very catchy, and makes you want to watch the Anime series. Once you get to the series, it's not so catchy at all. It's actually boring. I didn't get half-way done with this series for that reason. Not that interesting.

I've missed this show so much. I used to watch this when I was in kindergarten. I was so excited when a local TV network aired it (in the Philippines) three years ago. Unfortunately, it only aired episodes 1-12. I was so disappointed. btw, does anyone have a copy of this anime? could you please, please post it here in youtube? I'm sure a lot of people would appreciate it. Thanks! : )

The 4-ep one is the OAV series. The 26 ep one is Fortune Quest L, the TV series, which it seems is a lot less enjoyable.

Ah, Fortune Quest!

It was one of my favorite comics of all time. Fun, parodic and with a nice style. It became a large influence in my own stories even now.

But, I could never get a chance to see the animation. It wasn't licensed in my country and since it was on the US, it was impossible to find around via download, and now that I can purchase it it's like unexistant.

I watched two or three episodes in italy and couldn't forget about it, but it had a different name there...And I was searching like about two years for it BUT I FOUND IT! :D You made me happy, really.
