No, seriously, you can't. That's not swallowing your own tongue. It's physically impossible to swallow your own tongue. You might be able to restrict your airway (especially if you become unconscious) with your tongue but you can't swallow it.

i can do this, i think its because i dont have the skin attached from the bottom of your mouth to the bottom of your tongue. If you can do this, lift up your tongue and look in the mirror, then get someone else to do the same and they have this like tight bit of skin underneath, i think thats why people can do this, because they dont have it.

Actually no! It is hard to explain, but i can still breathe through the nasal airway passages.

Also, it's really just sticking your tongue back into your throat without an actual swallowing motion, and since it is a muscle you have full control and can just pull it back out quite easily
