  • Lauren is fit...

  • I hate to pick apart your refridgerator...ha ha 2 years later... But when storing things in your fridge, you should store things like poultry, eggs, raw meats of any kinds they should always be stored on the BOTTOM of the fridge. To avoid cross contamination. NEVER store raw poultry in the same drawer as your fresh fruit.... I say this ONLY b/c 95% of food poisoning happens at home b/c things are not stored properoly in the fridge. Or b/c ppl are not cleaning their hands and whatnot...

  • your arms look awesome!

  • Love it..

  • I love ur oatmeal pancake recipe I make it 5 times a week and still love it !! Plz share more recipes with us

  • low fat low caloreis dont mean healthy

  • This is more about weight loss, for "foodies" -Trying to convince a the average person to change their eating habits. Thats what I do for a living. Let me tell you, saving any processed foods for a cheat day, (to create zig-zagging) in most cases is the best you can do. 6 days of "clean eating" with animal proteins to retain muscle as we age, and increase metabolism-is still a shot in the dark for most. Baby steps. Education. Yes it would be nice if we could live forever.

  • This fridge is far from clean, splenda=poison, I thought that was common knowledge. Smart balance, check the soy. Corn on the cob, great superfood. More soda. Barb que sauce, salad dressing loaded with soy. Eggo????

Everything in this appliance has a bar code. Not the worst, but definately far from clean. Highly processed food is not healthy?

  • @ktchace1 the splenda by-product chlorine is absorbed maybe 15% in the small intestine. Chlorine is poison. Chlorine is also in your drinking water and directly linked to an 80% rise in bladder cancer, and rise in colon/rectal cancer. The point is for most of the fat unhealthy population, this is a good starting point. The term "eat clean" has been supposedly coined by long-time womens fitness guru Robert Kennedy. It is not all vegan, organic, or lacking animal proteins.

  • my gosh, have you no concept of pasturization... egg whites, cottage cheese, milk... all crap for your body.

  • @ktchace1 Pasturization is used as a method of ridding food of harmful bacteria, that will KILL you...while retaining significant amount of nutrients. I assume you are vegan. Hopefully it will all be worth it and add an extra 5 quality years to your life. I will take my chances eating 90% clean and organic and have an occasional "cheat meal" Please let me know if you have a better way implement clean eating to "foodies" Im all ears. Soon, 1 in 3 will be type 2,

  • Fat isn't the enemy! sheesh

  • @sprice676 Fat is in fact the enemy when trying to lose weight. Look around..the entire country is fat, and its killing them, and we are all paying for it. "Good" fats may not stick to your arteries..but WILL stick to your butt.

  • this isnt really healthy.......go vegan

  • @IsraelSheild It is much easier to maintain weight loss, than lose, (hence, why everyone is fat) assuming you are creating all avenues for increasing metabolism (exercise, water, etc.) Eggwhites have all the essential aminos, for people that have weight to lose- yolks contain fat. Adding one yolk to eggwhites to taste is what I recommend to my clients that need to lose weight. Splenda is about as dangerous as your own drinking water. 1 in 3 peeps will be type2 soon. Step 1=lose weight

  • go with unsweetened almond milk.

  • I feed a lot of the egg yolks to my dogs. They can handle it better than me.

  • I am just starting to eat clean, so this video was really helpful!

  • The brown Rice recipe is on our Facebook page under Body Concepts Colorado Springs

  • good video!! Whats the recipe for the brown rice mix?
