  • It don't matter how much you drink. You can have a legal amount of alcohol in your system and still get arrested. You wont get the average DUI. You will get a special one called "Wet and Reckless." A cop can still take someone that blows under the limit to jail IF THEY FEEL the person is not safe behind the wheel. So they can take you to jail if the feel like it.
