  • @martianspy I just searched on Amazon for "three jolly little dwarfs" and three versions came up by the band "Tomorrow", which appears to be the original from 1967.

  • Love this. I found this info on irishrockdotorg

    Lineup:

Ernie Durkin - lead vocals, rhythm guitar

    Robin Crowley - lead guitar

    Tommy Kinsella - bass

    Jimmy Greeley - drums

7" A side: Three Jolly Little Dwarfs B side:Real Live Permanent Dream

on Pye Records reached #14 in the Irish charts in 1968

  • I never heard this version before. Thanks for posting. I have to admit that Tomorrow's version, although very similar, has a slight edge on it.

  • there's a diff version more power pop...less mersey sound

  • This sounds like a Small Faces track that didn't quite make the cut for Ogdens Nutgone Flake

  • Love this song. I sing it to & with my kids as they caper about the yard; beautiful summer times. We now have a fourth Jolly Little Dwarf. It requires little tweaking of tempo, and the older three join the improvisation, laughing.

    Why else make music?
