they put out records for that specific purpose. like battle records they are called. i get mine from turntable lab.

search under like break beats or battle records. it's a really cool site regardless of what your looking for.

qbert's shampoo breaks has the most samples on one side I've found on any traditional sounding breaks record. I only have maybe ten breaks collections myself, but that one side of that disc is pretty much every classic scratch sound you hear in most battles/routines
