I live in NJ. It's really unfortunate Corzine lost. Not because he is a good person or anything, but Christie is stripping all the money from public education and unemployment, while vetoing any increased taxes on the wealthy to provide relief for working class families. I think a lot of people in NJ who thought a vote for Christie was a vote for change are starting to realize their mistake.
LOL, as Clinton speaks about zen-like calm, Corzine fidgets with his hands, pocketing them, unpocketing them, buttoning his vest, maybe pocketing...nope, just an awkward clasp.
"passing another car at 180 mph is a fucking act of faith..."
And was THAT a shot at Corzine? This is really a Hobson's choice, but all in all I think I'd still choose the reckless speeder (Corzine) over the pernicious road hog (Christie).
I notice how these goobers high five each other over meaningless polemics. But ask about an important topic, like how both Clintons were caught attending Bilderberg meetings, and you get slapped down til no one hears the cries for debate and discussion.
I'd like to know what Billy and Hilly discussed at the Bilderberg meetings they attended. Odd that so many in a reputedly political focus forum would object to that discussion.
Oh boots, please. If the gen population were to wake up when their currency was devalued then that would have started in 1971. I don't see it happening to this day. It would give me comfort if more of my neighbors and fellow countrymen did have a greater grasp of economic theory and reality.
In same vein, I searched Wpedia to confirm my memory of 1971 as the year Nixon dropped the Bretton Woods system only to come across a reminder that it was the following year he and Kissinger went to China.
What I'm wondering if the Bretton Woods agreement ended in 1971 what agreement have they (international) leaders have been using for trade.
Pretty bizarro eh collusion of world governments with counterfeiting.
Now ask yourself how much fiat gold and silver is out there? (PAPER certificates with a promise to deliver physical metal.). 1 % of Americans own physical gold
I think you misunderstand my meaning. Nixon only removed the US from participation in the Bretton Woods system of international currrency exchange.
IIRC it was at the prompting of France's demand for substantial holdings in US dollars to be converted to gold bullion. Nixon at the time was at the helm of an extremely unbalanced deficit budget that was funding a virtually unwinnable war in Viet Nam and these demands made him very uncomfortable.
"Nixon only removed the US from participation in the Bretton Woods system of international currrency exchange."
The US dollar was the basis of that system so what did the hamster politicians agree to . Or did they even bother on setting a new "World Reserve" standard ?
Let's face it gold, silver precious metals are world reserve.
Sure wish I knew what motivates politicians to deliberately destroy the planet. No sound money no life its that basic.
That is why Nixon started talks with China so we could borrow money from them. And Nixon help pave the way for what our health care system is today. Nixon was a traitor. Should have been imprisoned to say the least. Our troubles have been decades in the making. It's just came to this much quicker because of Bush/Cheney.
Somebody got the obvious inference I hoped I made.
Yeah, damn that Nixon. So many hate him for all the wrong reasons.
Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld triad, I cling to the notion that Cheney was 1 in charge. However, I have disposed w/notion that Bush was a fool. Nah, he just couldn't be bothered with speaking clearly or fluently to those who put him in a position with so much authority. At times I think he sincerely believes he was doing "God's work." Much like another politician we are familiar with.
That's what I hate about our Democracy or the sham of it. We're very dissatisfied with our government... but come election time its just another sporting event. "I hope my team wins" or "I hope that team doesn't win!". Its how the elite keep power each and every time.
Hate to burst your bubble, but the US is a Constitutional Republic. Where you got the idea that our government is a Democracy is beyond me. Guess we'll chalk that on up to public education. I often heard the same false claim when I attended.
In 1913 ~ that's when the bankers took control. The military started getting contracts to build military parts all over the country so to keep Congress in their hands by threatening to take away jobs in their districts. A strategy that has been working thus far.
I think pressuring the politicians can work if all of us are actively doing it. I don't want an armed revolt. I heard someone say that true democracy cannot really exist. There will alway be a ruling party no matter what kind of government exists. I am not sure if I disagree with that.
The parties do try to make it that way. They don't want us to vote. They know the less voters the better chances of corruption. Their guys get voted in. The less informed and confused we are the most likely we won't know what we are voting for and its usually not exactly what we think it is.

Bill, Bill, Bill....
If people are calm, and reflect upon the meaning and impact of their vote, no one will show up at the polls.
You better keep them whipped up in a frenzy or they are likely to come and demand a regime change and a return to a Constitutional Republic.

Was that another crack at Christie's weight? If so, I think it's about 100 lb shy of the mark.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
Bill Clinton = What did you talk about at the Bilderberg meetings ?
How to screw up your country ?
Seriously American taxpayers they're systematically destroying your country.
Look at the leaders since JFK
War Criminals, Criminals, snake oil salesmen talking heads they have done nothing to protect the people prosperity , rights, traditions.
You are witnessing implosion of Empire. The currency has been counterfeited into oblivion. Same thing happened with the Roman Empire look it up.

The American people can't even come to terms with the FACT their currency is about to become worthless.
Debate in China - Citizens buy as much gold and silver as possible for the US dollar is about to become toilet paper.
Debate in USA - How do we continue the unfunded wars in the sandbox and how do we provide unfunded healthcare.
The people will only wake up when their money becomes worthless.

The Constitutional Republic ended in 1913
"Federal Reserve" - Super Central Bank all wars, business cycles and corruption can be traced back to the central bank.
The Military Industrial Complex started ?
Sept 11, 1941 (First day of construction for the Pentagon)
Sept 11, 2001 (Pentagon damaged)
Sept 11, 2002 (Pentagon re-dedicated)
Sept 11, 2006 (New Chapel at the Pentagon rededicated)

How many taxpayers are there ?

You have to have sound money so the government doesn't have control over the money supply.
Sound Money = Freedom

Did I just get thumbed down for correcting the false claim that the US is a Democracy when it is in fact a Republic?
Apparently there is at least one person out there incapable or unwilling to do the research necessary to back the conclusions they hold as true.
That person has my empathy. It is difficult to think rationally after a Public Education indoctrination.
