As a supplement to this walkthrough, you can actually jump up from the first floor to the second in the room with chung's data-pad by jumping onto the trap-covered crate shown at 4:24, dash-flip-jumping onto silver crate-stack to the right as seen in the aforementioned frame, and dash-flip-jumping across the gap and onto the second floor! :)
