  • Ey man quick question. I'm 16 right now and I weight 125 pounds. I want to get cut but not too buff (you know?) but i dont know how to work out at the Gym. Should I do p90x (the whole thing) or should I go of and do something else?

  • @crmonkey123 If you would like to get cut, the P90X program is made EXACTLY for you. Just follow P90X exactly as it is, including the diet, and you will get amazing results. Following my adjusted P90X plan would not be a good idea in this case, as my adjusted plan is for those trying to bulk up.

  • @professionalblogger Ahhh thanks man! I just started it today. The ab ripper took a toll on me but I feel great now... Looking forward to the next 89 days

  • @crmonkey123 That's great to hear, man. Stick with it, and you will get great results.

  • So is this new one (eBook) a revised book. If it is do I still have to like it on Facebook or will I get an email with the revised ebook?

  • @hawkn47 The new eBook that is going to be released in June is completely NEW. In order to get the free, early release, you will have to like 91 day challenge on Facebook. This guide is going to be valued at $29.95.

  • Daaamn kid that's some fucked up shit. Yea man I already downloaded your ebook alot of good info in there I got a video of my first 30 of p90x too. And I give out some credit to you on there too man but i appreciate all that good info in your book

  • @hawkn47 I'm happy to help out, man. I just snagged a membership at Epic Fitness. I'm excited to start working out again. I am glad you liked my book.

  • DUDE YOU QUIT P90X?????

  • @hawkn47 I have been out with Cat Scratch Disease. It's now been 2 months since I have been able to lift. (Because of CSD and lymphadenopathy due to CSD). During that time, I created a guide, workbook, meal plan, and diet plan. I'm still working on the guide and workbook, (which will come out in June). What I found was that I can get you guys even better results in the gym, in even a shorter amount of time.

That being said, if you're skinny, do P90X for a good year. You will get awesome

  • @hawkn47 results in your first year. After your first year, you can modify the lifts, and increase the intensity of the program to continue getting great results, or you can move on. I did P90X for 3 years, and got awesome results with it. 135 to a consistent 166 pounds is awesome.

For both you and I to continue getting great results, you should eventually take it to a gym. Tony Horton even recommends eventually doing a new program.

  • @hawkn47 For those who are interested, my guide comes out in June for $29.95. If you SUBSCRIBE to my newsletter, and LIKE 91 Day Challenge on Facebook before that time, you will get my guide FIRST, before it's even released, for FREE.

  • 90% of people WON'T build muscle with P90X, only if you have super genetics, its a bullshit program. I like it though, because it helps me look better than the competition, traditional weights is all you really need.

  • @ElRancholo2 You're well-educated in weight lifting. It's common knowledge that if you consume a daily caloric surplus, while lifting weights in the right way, that you will build muscle.

Furthermore, I have discussed with my readers that they should target a rep range for sarcoplasmic hypertrophy. Then, as time goes by, slowly switch into myofibrillar hypertrophy, and repeat the process. (This will be added to eBook soon)

Point is, you CAN build muscle with P90X.

  • @professionalblogger I just wanted to add this in... Anyone CAN (unless they have a disease which disallows them to) build muscle with P90X. ANYONE... Just look at Nick Husin for example.

  • @professionalblogger maybe they CAN build muscle with P90X, but they may not, it depends on your genetics. Why would someone waste their time with P90X when traditional weights can achieve much greater results?

With P90X you CAN build muscle, but probably won't. With a bodybuidling weight regimen, you WILL build muscle,.

  • @ElRancholo2 I am telling you right now that if you are SKINNY, eat a caloric SURPLUS, and do P90X, you WILL build muscle, guaranteed. It's not a question, or a matter of "maybe," but it's a matter of FACT.

I don't know if you're a skinny guy or not, but do you know how intimidating it can be to go lift in a gym full of body builders? Furthermore, some people can't afford a gym membership.

  • @ElRancholo2 I'm not saying P90X is better than lifting weights in the gym... What I am saying is that if you use P90X properly and eat a caloric surplus, you can and you WILL build muscle with this program.

  • look man the best way to build muscle is through heavy compound movements u dont need p90x to build muscle its a waste of money for people who want to gain weight and build muscle

  • The best "one" way to workout is the one you love to do, the one that you want to keep getting better at & the one that you can do without it being a chore..... just a thought that came up mid video.

  • @jpoodle Dude. I was actually thinking about this earlier. If you dread doing something, then how are you going to stick with it for LIFE? You're not. I dread 1 hours and 20 minutes of yoga. Although it's beneficial, I dread doing it. I also dread working out on the weekend. Thus, I have replaced Yoga with Cardio X, and only workout Monday through Friday. I'll talk about this in tomorrow's video.
