  • 24kg :)

  • I started with 16kg now then i bought 20 kg, next one should be 24 or 22 im not sure !

  • Great video!

  • Excellent advice, thanks.

Unfit guy 12 kg (about 26 lbs), then 16 kg (about 35 lbs)

If athletic, start 16kg (about 35 lbs)

IF can do all lifts, then 20kg (44 lbs) (to develop confidence to lift 24kg (about 53 lbs) successfully, confidentially w good form.

  • Men 16-20 kg 35-44lb An average man should start with a 35-pounder. Men conversion: 12 kg = 26.4554 lb OR 26 lb and 7.28 oz (for total beginner) 16 kg = 35.2739619496 lbs OR 35 lbs and 4.38 oz (start - inactive) 20 kg = 44.092452437 lbs OR 44 lbs and 1.47 oz (graduate to - considered step weight) 24 kg = 52.910942924400004 lbs OR 52 lbs and 14.57 oz (graduate to) 32 kg = 70.5479238992 lbs OR 70 lbs and 8.76 oz (go for it)
