  • I appreciate this video.

  • Even knowing where the muscles are, having to recognize them on the plastic models for my anatomy lab exams is a whole different animal, so THANK YOU for making these videos.

  • Where can i get this model?

  • Very easy vid

  • This is really cool! Thank you for uploading :)

  • thank you this is very helpful. just one correction, while the extensor digitorum does not act on the thumb it how ever does act on all 4 fingers, little included. im sure you knew that, but this is for anyonewatching.

  • this is great. thanks!

  • Lumbricals + IO extend DIP and PIP. Extensor digitorum = MCP.

Also, to make a fist you need to be able to extend your fingers - dont forget that.

  • I am currently studying artistic anatomy (for accurate figure drawing) and videos like this one have been very, very useful to me. Thanks for putting it together!

  • great video apart from his mistake with the anconeous, which is easy to make as it's sooo overwhelming all this! even for someone of his standing.

  • upper limb is very very difficult

  • palmar fascia...not plantar

anconeus assists the triceps brachii in EXTENDING the elbow joint...not flexing

  • palmar fascia...not plantar

  • *MISTAKE:

    @7:46

"Extensor digitorum...and this extends all of the fingers except for the thumb and little finger..."

CORRECTION: The Extensor digitorum includes Metacarpophalangeal joint(MCP) #2-5. So that means it INCLUDES the little finger! The extensor digitorum also extends the Proximal Interphalangeal joint (PIP) and Distal interphalangeal joint (DIP) by the "extensor hood," which inserts into the middle and distal phalanges.

  • i love this guy! thanks so much !

  • my prob based learning sessi0n .............omg noooooo

the vid helped me a big l0t______a nig l0t!

    thankyooo :)

  • Thank you so much. I feel better for my AP test this Monday!!:)

  • dr evil muscle hahaha, absolute legend! thank so much

  • im going tatoo my whole body with muscles, tendons, cartilage, and thier names so i ace all my anatomy classes.

  • @raymanlegy seriously thats the best idea to revise all these informations lol

  • @raymanlegy I never heard of a full vagina tattoo before hope it works out.

  • Why couldnt my school have been interesting like this? rofl

  • I thought anconeus extended the elbow which is why it is a triceps synergist

  • do you mean that breachialis is between triceps and biceps. because you said brachioradialis at about 6.38 please clarify for me thank you

  • Thank you for posting this!. I'm currently taking an accelerated Anatomy and Physiology class and this video trully helped me. Your video was very thorough in explaining the forearm muscles and tendons.

  • A little correction:

It's the palmar fascia (or palmar aponeurosis) - the plantar is the foot.

  • I give up trying to remember all the muscles and actions on what joints :|

  • You are a champion!i have a slight case of FSHD and this helps understand a little more!Thank you

  • thanks so much for doing this!!!!!!!
