  • im gettin this in 14'' 12'' tires and om 5'4'' 160 pounds is this a good size bike for me

  • @bgroves1275 yeah its a good bike with the bigger wheels. Its still a mini so you will be cramped a bit.

  • these things are so dang fun. i own a ssr 125cc A-1 and i love it. we made our own dirt trail through the woods and it can go on dirt fine.

  • @sideofrize Thanks for the comment

  • can do all those jumps on my stock xr50

  • @126mx Good for you! It is a fun little track they have there.

  • @126mx stock xr50 hahaha dont talk

  • @450God Yep its fun.

  • isnt that too small for you? whats the age range of these pit bikes cause Im planning on getting the SSR125.

  • @stevomwa1 Well... yeah, but that is the point of a pit bike. The original pit bikes were peewee class bikes modified for adult use and banging bars in the back yard. Now purpose built pit bikes come pre modified for adult use but still embody the small frame of the original bike. Pit bikes can be ridden but just about any age, however the suspensions are sprung for 150lb +

  • @thejunkman

thanks. getting the SSR 125 next weekend! :D

  • @stevomwa1 Congrats. Hope you have as much fun as I have on mine. Mind you I have had this bike for 5 years and still ride and race it frequently.

  • @thejunkman hey does this bike have lots of get up and go power? does it haul enough ass to go over some steep hills.

  • @easykilla08 Yeah it has plenty of power for you. Of course the gearing you choose has a lot to do with it, but check my other videos where I race this bike and it might give you an idea.

  • very good video evrey ssr 125cc video is like in their small yard finnaly a video at an open area, nice i wish people would make more like these, i know i am when i get mine

  • @psprocks777 Thanks. I might make an update video. It is has been over 5 years since I bought the bike.

  • @thejunkman what kind of shape is it in now after 5 years

  • @psprocks777 Really good shape. I have modified it over the years, but lots of the hard parts are original. Frame, wheels, forks, brakes, handlebars, seat, ect... I still ride and race it.

  • @thejunkman hey uhh i plann on getting this bike but i was just wondering if its got enough get up and go for a 140lbs teen. does it have the balls for some hills and wide open feilds?

  • @easykilla08 For wide open fields I recomend the version with the 14/12 wheels as it will roll over the gopher and snake holes a lot better.

  • very good video evrey ssr 125cc video is like in their small front or backyard finnaly a vid at an open field area nice i wish people would make more like these i know i am when i get mine

  • what type off fuel you run on, the spec's on the bike said it takes only premium

  • @METALxNIPPLEZ I run on pump gas 90+

  • hey i have a 125 cc pit bike and it's top speed is 70.

  • hey i have a 125 pit bike and its top speed is 70

  • how tall is the dude on the bike

  • @onlygodcanjudgem1000 about 5'9"

  • one pointer...when you ride. loosen up. dont ride so stiff.

  • awesome video

  • dude you suck my lil sister on her kx65 can take you wow wat a waste of time

  • Wow my "lil" sister can spell better than you ;)

  • Top speed of pit bikes are about 45 mph. Check OutLaw Powersports (online) for current price and availability

  • @thejunkman naww that 1 goes 50mph dude

  • How fast do they go?

  • As fast as you will want it to go. All depends on gearing. But for most motocross tracks the fastest your ever going to go is some where in the 20's. Top speed is probably 45 mph.

  • How fast do they go?

  • awesome thank you so much you helped alot

  • hey man gotta question is that bike even strong enough to clear those jumps??? hit me back man. please! see ya

  • Yes, but I recomend changing the shock to a remote reservoir type as this stock one fades quickly.

  • wait what do you mean fades quickly?? like it isnt very strong? and i thought it was adjustable?? thanks

  • It fades as in there is little oil in the shock (compared to a reservoir type) and it gets hot and damping is affected in the sense that the shock becomes bouncier/less controled. It is only preload adjustable. The shock I replaced it with has compression and rebound adjustments.

  • nice.

  • have you ever needed to replace anything on it like bolts or chain ect.

  • I have replaced the chain b/c the original wore out. I replaced the original shock with a better (more adustment) one. Of course tires and tubes. Other than that nothing major.

  • you suck you dont even clear have of these tiny jumps or hills

  • You suck you cant (can't) even spell have (half) of these tiny words.

  • hahahaha!!! you just got owned you lil punk ass bitch and i hate haters so keep your rude comments to yourself

  • do u have to get green sttickers to ride at tracks like these

  • No, I don't

  • this bike is $530 online with free shipping. an idiot would pay 900 for this thing

  • Umm this review is 3 years old and this is now a discontinued model, so of course the price has gone down.

  • can u please tell me the web sight thanks.

  • where online

  • See description.

  • thats pretty cool i just got a ssr 125 c1 from outlaw power sports

  • Well some are better than others, I like the SSR line of bikes (I have several) Give Outlaw Powersports a jingle and tell him The Junk Man sent you, probably make you a deal. He has a bunch of models for every price range. Generally speaking the more you spend the better the bike.

  • For short BMX style tracks, they are so tight you need the quickness of the motor, not nessarily all out speed.

  • 90 million miles an hour ;) They all go about 40-45 tops faster if you change the gearing, I have this geared down for short tracks so 35 is about top speed for me. On any given track 15-20 is about all the faster you will go.

  • can i ask how much you got it for?

  • around $900

  • does this bike go over 45

  • Yes it can, but why would you want to with such a short wheel base and small wheels. Average speed on most mini tracks is about 15mph.

  • were is that track in

  • Near Berthoud,Co

  • nice track

  • Its worth the money. And it goes fast enough.

  • i might get that bike. Do u think it is worth the money and also how fast does that go! -thanks

  • dont look that fast

  • Ok?

  • is that as fast as it goes

  • Well no but thats about as fast as I can ride it on that style of track, but I am no pro neither.

  • what class would they race in?

  • 50 Mod or 10inch class.

  • whats the differnce between the regualar ssr 125 and the ssr 125 c-4???plz respond

  • Check out OutLaw Powersports for correct pricing. I do not work for or sell SSR bikes. Sorry that I cannot be of help.

  • is the regualr ssr 125 a piece of shit??or is it worth getting???

  • LOL well its ok for messing around, the C4 is the better bike but it is lacking in the rear shock department.

  • are most of these pit bikes, brand and nonbrand, any good for fooling around at a home track and reliable??

  • Well this bike that your watching now is still running and racing 3 years later. Mostly stock.

  • do you no if the xteme prostock 125 pit bike is any good???for $350 and its two years old??

  • I know nothing about Xtreme pit bikes. Personally I would just buy new, you never know what your getting with used.

  • yea i no but i dont have the money for a new one.

  • Well personally I would stay away, but its your money.

  • yea,thanks for your time.

  • No problem, comment anytime. Check out Outlaw powersports bikes he has on Sale maybe something there you can afford.

  • i have one they are junk went through 2 sets of rims and spokes and 3 chains and sprockets and the brakes dont work

  • Huh.. I have had mine for over 3 years. Still on the stock wheels, spokes, bearings. Only thing I broke was the crappy rear shock. And I am not exactly easy on the bike and its been through a many of races.

  • what colors are the rims of that pit bike?

  • Black powder coating

  • Fuckn mad ass rider and track! cool looking bike too!
