  • Wow

  • Wonderfully fun song written by American musical treasures, Hoagy Carmichael and Johnny Mercer.

  • amazing .. thanks for sharing .. god bless

  • can i get this song on itunes???

  • Hahahahaha! Love it!

  • It's up tempo from Rosemary Clooney's version but Jane Wyman is so charming, I don't mind at alll..lol

  • always been my favorite number, besides The Five Pennies

  • Such a wonderful movie. Thanks for posting this gem of a number!

  • It was 1951 not 1952.

  • Cool, Cool, Cool of the Evening :)))) very good movie!!!!

  • I didn't know Wyman could sing, not bad either!!

  • you know, i love Jane Wyman, but i was actually rooting for Alexis Smith in this movie ;)

  • Me too!

  • @OTRNut In which way? Rooting for her to get Wilbur? Cuz that's what I wanted. I just love Bing Crosby.

  • I saw this movie on TCM last night it was good. This song definatley disserves the Academy Award for best original song

  • @ikevyoiPhone3G1996 I would say yes in most years, but A Very Merry Unbirthday from Alice in Wonderland came out this year.

  • Now Bing,I knew could do comedy, but imagine my surprize to find that Ronald Reagan's ex was such a cut up. I knew she could act,but this was a revelation.

  • @sleedolfine15 Actually, Jane has some really wonderful dramatic movies, too. Such as: 'Miracle in the Rain' and 'All That Heaven Allows' (with Rock Hudson). I highly recommend them both. Very touching performances by Ms. Wyman.

  • my friend did an awesome jod dancig at this song at our competiton

  • anyone know where i could get a copy of the orphan girl singing at the beginning of the movie? I LOVE this show.

  • It's interesting watching Bing and Jane. Jane is constantly watching to see what Bing does next.

I wonder how much thatt is a part of Jane never having been in vaudville and not being feeling totally comfortable if Bing starts ad libing.

  • The most adorable number from the most adorable and fun movie of all time!

  • This film was directed by Frank Capra ("It's A Wonderful Life"). Capra insisted that this musical number be filmed live. In other words, Crosby and Wyman didn't pre-record the song and then lip-sync to it on camera, they sang it while the camera was rolling. You can hear the changes in their voices when they start cavorting around the room. A delightful number! Thanks for posting this.

  • yaaaaaaaaaaa oh my goodness its bing cosby ahhhhhhhhhhhh the best singer in the world ahhhhhhhhhhhh

  • His movies with her had a great deal of chemistry.
