@zer0dahero Not so much as Kirk and Lars. James is still able to sing and play amazing riffs perfectly (like Dave) but he has lost his "metal voice".
I saw Metallica live last year and I wasn't really impressed. Kirk just uses too much of the Wah effect and Lars just skips most of the drum fills.
