after defeating the dragon in world 2 u should be in mini mushroom power to choose between world 4 and world 3, where obviously u will chose world 4 :)

ummm you have to beat the 3rd and 5th last castle boss in mini mario form in order to get it. becasue you fall into this tiny hole and you switch the sign from 5 or 6 to 4 and 7 lol
