I don't recall Lara ever "wanting" to become an archeologist. I remember in TR1, Lara said that she searches and explores "for sport". So, I personally don't see how this story line makes sense.

@TombRaiderFann FWIW, this is supposed to be a total reboot, not a prequel. I guess we'll see how they handle it.

@stellalune They're completely changing tomb raider. I'd prefer more prequels over and over than an ENTIRELY new story. I've been playing tomb raider since my first memories. I LOVE the way the game is already. This game isn't necessary.

@TombRaiderFann I've been playing since the early days as well, but I don't mind a new story as long as it's a good one. For me, it's too soon to judge this game. I need more than just a trailer and some screenshots to form an opinion. And I'd always rather have *more* Tomb Raider games, even if they're different from the ones that have come before. Just my 2 cents, of course. I understand and respect your opinion too.

@QueAwkwardNoises No plans for new videos at the moment. I'm still working on my Lego Indiana Jones site. TR3 someday but probably not in the next month or 2.
