He does not have wings coz you have to fold those parts in and that thing on the back is suposed to be behind his head.

You also have his lower body facing the wrong way so his butt is actually facing forward on yours.

But you where riped of by that ebay seller coz he comes with a roof that attaches where you put his gun.

Also you can fold that part on the legs upward in veicle mode to make him not look like an armored truck.

Nice review! Though there's some stuff that you should be aware about. The gun on top is supposed to be transformed into the smokestacks, and on top there should be a "wind wane" that will cover upp the head, as well as transform into another gun in robotmode. The blue flaps that cover up his rear wheels can fold forward to fill in the gaps behind the front wheels as well.

As for the robotmode, the thing that you fold onto the back, can fold up to lock the head into place, and it also allows you to rotate the upper torso 180 degrees. Then the bumper can fold up under the grill, and a new "fake" grill becomes his stomach, which allows you to have greater poseability on his legs. And the wings fold up against the arms.

$40 sounds a bit steep for an incomplete toy, How long since was it since you bought it? I'd contact the seller and ask for a refund.
