  • wrestlers bridge is a tried and true exercise if you slowly work up to it youll be able to hold bridges longer and longer i currently bridge for 2 mins at a time slowly changing from the top of my head to as far as my face the best explanation of bridgin for strength is mat furys magnificent 7 there are several old wrestler exercises people have forgoten or moved away from that make you a beast bridging is 1 of them farmer burns could bridge with2 people sitting on him he was hung 27 times

  • 1:50 is why he no longer has his hair

  • how many sets and reps?

  • @MisterJ21 It depends on the individual. I think you could gauge it like you would any other exercise; find your max number of reps until burnout, then work out sets and eventually start holding weights while you do it. I do 50 minimum of each when I do the exercise, and adding weight makes it quite a bit harder.

  • @MisterJ21 if you are a starter, try doing 10 reps for 10 sets, that will be easy enough but eventually on the 6+ set it will start feeling harder.

  • They seem like they work but all that being on your head and the fact that the guy instructing is bald makes me think too much of that leads to rocking the costanza

  • nice job
