There is nothing in this video (or the other one) that shows that this guy is a protestor or that he's trying to run people off the road. It's probably just a case of some guy being reasonably pissed off that you're little procession was slowing down traffic. Stay in one lane, do the speed limit, let people through when they need to get through, and don't be a dick (all things that people in funeral processions can never seem to manage to do).

@Stiyl10 FYI there has been an update in at least the Kentucky state law. KRS 891.002 states that it is not illegal to impede a funeral precession while on a state highway. It IS illegal for a funeral precession to block all lanes of traffic .
