  • Good on them doing what they want to do and good on them for not judging woman who don't wear the hijab!

  • Very illuminating. Thank you.

  • if all these women wer supposed to be muslims then id say that deffinitly some of them had not read the quran or knew anyfin bout the prophet

  • How many replied: "Because I don't want acid thrown in my face"?

Probably none, because they were afraid to go outside.

  • i see that the women who wear the hijab have more imaan than the other women.

  • @ManthaMoslim I dont really agree with you... I see some sisters wearing hijb and talking bad about other sisters and she wears tight sowing skin BUT her hair is covered yet the other is fully covered in loose clothing but the hair... mmmmm no one knows whos "IMAAN" is stronger only god...

  • @YildizOsmanli in this vid

  • to the sisters interviewed that stated that they dont wear hijab due to their cultural dress code, if you are a true follower of Allah and Islam, then you know it is an obligation to cover and to follow Allah over cultural fashion. That is common sense and in the Quran. salam.

  • The Burka is NOT Islamic!

  • @cbluver22 why?

  • @gongofy

    B/c it's a cultural practice; not a religious one.

  • @cbluver22 If it's just a cultural matter of wearing the scarf why is it that EVERY woman who wore one said it was because it was a requirement of Islam? The question of NOT wearing the hijab was cultural. Get your facts straight. It is the same with female genital mutilation. EVERYONE who practices it on their children do it BECAUSE of Islam. The option NOT to mutilate little girls is cultural. Ironic the duplicity of Islam; modesty and mutilation.

  • @ritchloui

Did I say that wearing a SCARF was a cultural matter? Hmm, maybe you should go back and read what I wrote.

Being a Somali who knows many woman who were circumcised, I'm disgusted at your ignorance. FGM, was a practice that originated from Ancient Egypt. It isn't a supraise that FGM is practiced by CHRISTIANS and Muslims in places influenced by the Ancient Egyptians.

It's time for you to learn to read properly and get YOUR facts straight for once.

  • @cbluver22 Then how come FGM is practiced in Malaysia, Kurdistan, Iraq, Afganistan, Singapore? These countreis had no historical link with Ancient Egypt. No, they became Islamic and that's the ONLY reason.

  • @ritchloui

Singapore is not an Islamic country and FGM is not practiced in Malaysia, or Afghanistan.

But is is practiced in Ethiopia, Eritrea, Kenya, Uganda and Togo all predominantly CHRISTIAN nation. What do you have to say about that :)

  • @cbluver22 Christian clerics have always tried to prevent it and it has no place in Biblical teaching. No so with Islam - the Mufti of Singapore recommends that female 'circumcision' should only involve removal of part of the clitoris. FGM is carried out in all Islamic countries to a greater or lesser extent because of the religion not despite it.

  • @ritchloui

" Christian clerics have always tried to prevent it and it has no place in Biblical teaching"

Sue. When went to Ethiopia, i didn't see Clergy try to prevent it. NICE TRY ;)

  • @cbluver22 I stand corrected. Nevertheless FGM is not even mentioned anywhere in Christian or Judaism. Islam alone has encouraged FGM far beyond Africa. As regards its continuing use in 'Christianised' Africa I'm afraid I know very little. My understanding is that Christianity has done little to help anyone anyway as it has merely offered another form of superstition and belief in things that don't exist. Witch hunts and exorcisms make good money and the people remain in darkness.

  • @ritchloui

Thanks for showing your ignorance. If you can not even understand the main religion in your society, what makes you think you know a "foreign" religion like Islam? Again, you are wrong, the bible DOES mention FGM,

I said it once and I'll say it again. FGM is a practice that originated in Ancient Egypt. Any look into history and you will see that the Ancient Egyptians influence all the cultures, civilizations and people around it.

  • @cbluver22 FGM is widely practised by Muslims as an Islamic practice. Fact. Islamists want it every which way. If someone says they do something because they regard it as Islamic then you can be pretty sure it's being taught in Mosques and approved by the clerical authorities. The clerics have plenty of thugs to call upon to impose their law. Islam has a grim underbelly, it applaudes a hidden face and turns a blind eye. The Koran is the slave owners' manual.

  • @ritchloui

Ok then, keep repeating the same things over and over again.

    As a good saying goes,

" Repeat a lie a thousand time and it becomes the truth"

Go on, keep deceiving yourself :)

  • @cbluver22 I agree. We now have thousands of madrases where young children are made to memorize a huge tome of complete nonsense and furthermore, made to think it true.

  • I just think it looks so beautiful that I wish I had the courage to wear hijab in Britain as a white christian. I feel sorry for young women who buy clothing from catalogues or stores that put very little material into their items making them short and skimpy. When I was a child women didnt dress like that , it is commerce and profiteering by clothing manufacturers and I like the idea of wearing discreet clothing with more than one sq ft of fabric to them.

  • @portlandbells99 Bullshit, you wear whatever you want, you do not have to follow the styles. The hijab is not a piece of clothing, it is a personal prision.

  • they all have good reasons, the arabs are the ones who have the tradition to wear the head scarfs and clothing, the Kyrgz have their own traditon, the Bosnians are Europeans so it would be hard down there to get all people wearing head scarfs.

  • mashallah to the covering women

  • sister Aigerim from kyrgyzstan@ niquab and hijab are not cultural or traditional arab clothes it is relgious islamic that people from every where of cource who belive in allah SWT and follow quran kareem and sonnah of his profet (saws) should weare.

  • Masha Allah sister from Kyrgyzstan said the real reasons to wear Hijab May Allah bless her and protect her from any kinda evil influence !!,,Amin !!

  • @shakildcm Amin! I like her mashaAllah, little soldier of Allah! Our Sister! <3

  • ninja lol
