First and foremost, our editing software is aimed beginners/novices so we wanted to create a video to highlight the different features and functionality available in our multimedia editing software and provide our customers with ideas on how they could use our software, be it for fun, work and everyday life. @MrPlaystationboy Hey, to add a greyish tone to your video, you can click on the video brightness icon and introduce a brightness envelope which can be located in the track name. You may also introduce a "Monochrome" video effect to add a greyish tone. Right-click on the video or image, select "Video Effects" and choose "Monochrome" from the drop down menu. You can alter the effects envelope to achieve the look you want. I hope this helps
I'll buy this right now if someone can tell me I this software allows me to extract audio from the video. I know Videopad allows me to do that but in this software I do do multiple video screens. I want to be able to extract the audio from the video because I want to show some pictures as the video is playing but I don't want to interrupt the audio while I'm talking. Basically I'll trim the video and add some pictures while the audio continues. Can I do that with this? Please help! Thanks!

There is no need to spend loads of money on professional kit when you can get this amazing piece of software for less than half the price! It's a joy to use and I cant wait to see what else you'll add to it in the future. (Not that it needs much else)
Is there a reason why the free version has so many weird bugs? Snapping does not function as intended. The main audio timeline doesn't include the exact selection from the 'TrackKutter'. It is not possible to drag audio to the beginning of the timeline? Are these built in limitations or software error? Issues with Windows 7 perhaps?
@IPunchfish Hi thanks for you post. As trakAxPC is an audio and video mixing tool. When audio is brought into the mixing screen. It is matched to the first downbeat in the mix and is bound by the global tempo which is defaulted 120bpms. If you do want the audio matched to the global tempo and play at its normal detected bpm, click on enable/disable beatmatching button in the track name. It looks like a little drum icon in the track name. Once this button is clicked audio will normally.
@IPunchfish Also, when audio only is brought into the trakkutter, the software looks to create a perfect loop. If you do not want want to do this, right click on the audio in the trakkutter and uncheck the snap to grid option. Now you can edit the track without the snap to grid option turned on and can create a selection box and adjust the length to your liking. We have many tutorials and a wiki on our site at trakax(dot)com, which you might find helpful and please don't hesitate to contact me.
