  • That's great you return to that area. I love it as well. It was the first place I ever paddled a canoe - at the age of 12.

  • Hey Kip & Kevin - great video. I've been travelling from the States to that area since I was an infant. Very beautiful area - unspoiled and pristine. Thanks for sharing... I can get my "fix" of the Canadian wilderness including a loon call in mid-January.

  • I enjoy the area too. I have been there 4 times now and have a good knowledge of some the smaller lakes off the beaten path for some good fishing. You are right in that it is not well travelled. Last time i saw no one for the week i was exploring the area

  • Compared to other canoe routes in the province, the maintenance it gets and how it was once a very popular route - I'd say it's not that well traveled, Good for you though to paddle the area. It;s one of my favorite places.

  • It is not that untraveled. I have done the area and the white pines are beautiful. I was up there last year with a friend by canoe up the nushatogani and prairie grass etc. very picturesque
