Clen has been around for a very long time. Most bodybuilders pair it or alternate it with cytomel t-3 for fat loss. This combonation really heats up the body. Some will alternate them; 2 weeks on clen, 2 weeks on t-3. T-3 is tricky to use and many people stay away from it. If you are going to use clen, start off slow and build up, then taper back down. Most people who use it do so for two weeks on and two weeks off.

check out the anabolic diet, just google it. it's better than trying drugs, especially if you stick to the diet. It allows you to eat burgers and steaks (just no bread or other carbs) during the week. and on the weekend you eat more carbs and less fat/protein.

Diet and exercise and learning how your body responds and utilising your capabilities and incorporating 'discipline' which you have very little considering your on clen, is the way to go. Try going on a strict diet, works better than clen.
