Okay. I did NOT do my "mile" yesterday, but I DID do my cardio workout. Tonight I will walk TWO MILES after I do my lower body workout to make up for last night. I won't even give an excuse, I just DIDN'T do it last night.
Hi there. I have done all 4 of my walks. I think I am at 7 miles. Last night I left it late and had to walk in the dark which I HATE but I still did it. Thanks for the challenge.
Doing good so far. I started on Saturday and have either walked or walked/jogged a mile or more each day. I am currently at 8 miles, but I skipped Monday :( I couldn't find my shoes.
ok so i only had like 4 miles in that week! I'm a total slacker :(

i forget what day it started but i did 2.5 monday, 3.1 tuesday, 2 wednesday 3.0 thursday and 1 today!

Im doing great!! 6 miles so far!! and I still have to go tonight :) So far so good!!

I just got back from doing todays walk. It's easy to get off the bus early and walk the rest of the way to get a mile or more.
