Stopped a bit too early. Looked to me like Leko could have raised his guard, but possibly did not understand the ref, and thought he was calling him forward. Certainly, Remy was gonna steamroll him after the knockdown, but Leko deserved more of a chance. Love Bonjansky!

sometimes their are bad calls but over all safte y come first and the ref has reason to believe a fighter cant defend themselfs properly then its always best to discontinue the bout. If someone died cause of bad refing that would suck.

Guys. It's very clear. After a knockdown, when the ref stands you up to fight, he checks to see if you can at least hold your guard up. The response to that is to raise your guard up to show you're still in the fight. Leko either couldn't or wouldn't raise his guard up after the ref told him to. If the fight had continued, he would have immediately been clocked with a right punch or kick. There was no point in continuing. Watch it again if you don't understand.

remy bonjasky is my favorite muay thai fighter, but that fight was called to early. I think leko could have very well continued, but he wasnt really arguing with the ref after the call. It was turning out to be a great fight.

Maybe, he could survive, but there some condiotions under which fighter can continue fight. I think that ref saw that the Lekos' balance is not enough well to continue after he commanded Leko walk. By the way in K-1 15 seconds is sometimes very long time (see for example, last seven seconds from fight between Bonjasky and Feitosa).
