@steelbluesleepR Not with this camera. The handle forward is one of many arrangements possible so if it were to interfere physically or get into the shot you can certainly mount the handles out the side ports.
@Rjborgs defoetech dotcom from there you can order or ask questions and see details about the gear. Some systems are also available on Ebay just search "you Pod"
@sammislawa Full basic system is $249. Common options bring it into the low $300. See defoetech com and click "You POd Hardware and Pricing " at the top. Thanks
No offense, but it's rather pointless to put a video up for this product when you're just showing a device mounted and you moving it around. If you really wanted to sell this product to the viewing audience, you would've put a video up showing actual footage shot with this product to display how well it stabilizes footage. You basically would've been better off showing one picture, because swinging the product around was pointless.
@jmont2608 Somewhere in your critisism is a valid point. Yes a combination of footage and visual of the operator would be better. "Funakadelic dance party" video is an example of such . Some of my other videos are what you said. Mostly footage and some stills of the rig. If I were a fim maker, had the right software and knew what I was doing in that regard I have visions of much better myself. Split screen would be best but I haven't figured that one out. Several of my other videos are footage
@KrykoStorm It's intentionally lightweight in of itself. I have had over 20 pounds on it to prove its ability to carry the weight. If one wants mass to add stability there are provisions for adding weight such as behind the shoulder battery mounts or the means of placing dead weight in purposeful positions. When you have more weight you will no doubt want some shoulder padding which is also available. Thanks for your comment.
@WMDFoxhound About $300 in some of the configurations shown and $249 in others. So its not a toy and its not mass produced in China. It is a combination of precision machining and personal craftsmanship. If its out of ones budget - that is understood. This is in use around the world by professionals and serious hobbiests. Cameras in use on these rigs run from few hundred dollars to $25,000 so again everyones sense of value is going to vary.
Even on Mute that's funny. OK to each their own. I like the song even if its not a great match. You Tube restricted several others I tried because of copyrights. This is amoung a selection they have available pre authorized. Hopefully better miore entertaining demos to come. Cheers
For me the important thing is stability in the shots, and this device fills that need.
With three points of support you get stability.
Congratulations brother"

Fantástico!!!
es lo que estaba buscando para mi cámara Canon HV30.
Para mi lo importante es la estabilidad en las tomas, y este artilugio satisface esa necesidad.
Con tres puntos de apoyo obtienes la estabilidad.
Felicitaciones hermano
