no, ras kass is, based on the strength of 12-14 songs, better than canibus, by far. canibus has a few excellent songs and verses, but that is it . try making a "best of canibus" album that has legitimately good lyrics -- meaning, the non-bullshit, non-pretentious material. his scientific lyrics especially suck.. 85% of the time, canibus has no artistic value.
I could make about 20albums of good canibus songs. You want battle rap, his older stuff; bust out some battle rap albums. Newer stuff, pure art, that's it right there.
Poet Laureate Infinity? 1000bars? 5 sets of 200, mixed at any time still works out. There's some albums right there in one work of art.

Ras / Can-I-Bus are way different. Neither one is getting their due, but you can't really compare the two. It's a matter of taste. I personally have Can-I-Bus in my top 3. 1 & 2 actually. The thing to remember is "taste"! Everyone has a preference or a style they would rather hear. Saying "Canibus has no artistic value" is being close-minded, and that's putting it nicely. The fact that these guys have formed a group together and do songs with each other, should tell you something.
