I have a question.. How often should you practice these exercises? Is there a limit per day?

As a solitairy Wiccan of 5 years, I find these lessons so useful for both review and new discovery. I've had to pave my own path, since I haven't had a human teacher to guide me: many of the things in these videos are ones I've found in physical sources of knowledge like books, but it's amazing how many of them I've received directly from the Goddess and God and haven't heard of them from human sources until this point!
