ahh i went to this thing . it was pretty tight.they feed you and play music .and they have alot of other things to do besides graffiti ! for instence you can make braclest and stuff with beeds and you can learn how to boxx or you can paint with canz :) its was a great program ! THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS :) I EVEN TOOK MY 6 YEAR OLD SISTER WITH ME BECAUSE THERE WAS SOO MUCH TO KEEP US ENTERTAINED ! BOTTOM LINE IS IT WAS GREAT AND SAFE AND THEY SHOULD HAVE IT EVERY SUMMER :0

Nobody here thinks that this glorifies and encourages kids to graffiti property? I don't think this is a good idea. How about teaching them to paint without spray cans at least. I can't believe the City is paying for this project. I'm all for helping kids, giving them something to do, but can't it be a little more positive, constructive?

Art is not a crime but spray painting your name on someone else's property sure is a crime. There's a graffiti center mile from me "teaching" graff-art. Now there is graffiti all over the neighborhood. They're making the graff-art place clean it up. Teach kids to play sports, read books, find a job but don't teach them how to vandalize property. You know their mom won't let them paint their house like this so they'll find someone else's property to vandalize.
