You're pretty close to correct, the chord on the 8th fret in the verse, is a suspended chord. Put your fingers across the 8th fret on the A and low E strings, then a finger on the 10th fret on the D. But holy shit, did you do an awesome job considering your age. How long have you been playing now?

the note u hit at 15,22, and 28 seconds isnt a fretted note, go to ur a string (g string cuz ur in C) and hit a harmonic on the second fret (harmonic not pinch harmonic) its kind of hard to find that harmonic but its the 2nd fret on your A string and the harmonic is really close to the first fret almost
