LOL This is ridiculous! If you really think that, then every r'n'b song composed in the whole world's recent discography is ripping off Timbaland! Give me any rnb song you want and I can do the same thing you did with those two. It's not ripping off. It's just the way music works. There are rules in music like scales and much more in musical theory, which you seam to ignore. There are thousands of songs out there with the same structure. It doesn't mean they are ripping off each other.

You do realise that at the start of the video each track is overlaid on top of each other? If they weren't alike then they wouldn't fit together so seamlessly. The beat and the bass line are nearly identical.
