  • On top of that in 2012 theyre going to be attacking ppl through paypal accounts too to fill out IRS forms. It's complete bull crap they don't leave people alone they're trying to shove this tax crap down our throaghts everywhere we look now. So how in the world do we stop them from being in our lives?

May our Heavenly Father & Jesus bless you.

  • @InTheKnow88

Very good question! Yes, the IRS may seem invincible but it's just as fragile as any other business (since it's really a business and not a government agency). First, over 60 million people in the U.S. don't pay an income tax—that's a fact! It's probably over 80 million now since that was a statistic from a decade ago. Second, you obviously can't use the system to fight the system, so don't use the system! Many don't and "get away with it." If you want to know how...(continued)

  • @InTheKnow88

(continued)...then watch the two truthumentaries, Esoteric Agenda and Ungrip, both provided by talismanicidols org. Briefly, you have to stop representing your strawman and reestablish yourself as a physical man/woman, not a corporate entity. After you're done with both documentaries, please respond back and let me know what you think!

  • @interpauler Thanks I appreciate it, I'll see if it may be on netflix first if not I'll check the website.

May our Heavenly father & Jesus bless you.

  • My question is how to go about stopping them! Sure we can say theres no Law all day, and I agree. But I feel like they're becoming more pushy now days. they have made new regulations n crap that force microstock agencies to withhold taxes some even go as far as not giving you your earned commissions unless you fill out an IRS form! And this is happening with almost all of them now. so far only site i know of atm that doesnt do that is canstockphoto because they're in canada. (cont)

  • If there were a law, everyone at the IRS would be the first to stick it in your face and say "nigger, here it is, read it and weep". But where is the code. Show me, and I start paying, simple.

  • You're seriously dumb as fuck. She answered the question quite clearly, all the legal info is on the website, so she said go and check that. Jesus fucking christ, you are either stupid as fuck, or you're trying to mislead people.

  • @digitwoman

If only I had a dime for every one of you know-nothing haters. lol Since you claim to be so smart, then why don't YOU go to the website and check for the income tax law, instead of throwing a hissy fit and crying like a baby? And if you actually bothered to read the comments, you'll find out that Title 26 is NOT the law and the 16th amendment is NOT the law for the AVERAGE American. (continued)

  • @digitwoman

Title 26 and the 16th amendment are for corporations and those involved in foreign commerce but NOT the average American. And if you can prove there is an income tax law for the average American, then go and collect the $50,000 award posted in USA today by Bill Conklin! It's been 10 years and no one's won the award because THERE IS NO LAW! So my sage advice is for you to read my comments to Tanoro and 1boxerman or "you are either stupid as fuck or you're trying to mislead people."

  • Granny - those of us who know - know

  • It's clearly a war against the working class by the business elites who want to steal all the earnings from labor while tossing them a mere sliver of an hourly wage and taking away their job security.

The business elite wants to get rid of the income tax because under the income tax you pay according to your income so the top 1% with 40% of the wealth have to give more back in taxes

The whole tax system is a mess and needs cleaning up but income based taxation is good for everyone but the 1%

  • what a bunch of suckers, lying to american citizens

  • Sherry Peel Jackson Released From Prison (Posted: March 15th 2011) @ Militant LibertarianDOTorg From her friend Larken Rose

  • There's plenty of court cases that say you don't have to as a private citizen pay income taxes!!!! look up Joe Bannister here on youtube!!!

  • @2wheels88 Look up Article 1 Section 8 of the constitution and stop listing to liars and demagogues who are trying to scam you and find loop holes around giving back to the society that gave them the infrastructure, security, and educated work force they needed to prosper.

  • I AM NEVER FILLING OUT A IRS FORM AGAIN!!!!!!

  • @barrettarq I wish you well.....but....do you want to bet all that you have or ever will have?

  • "Government" and "morality" are constructs of the human mind. Would it be "immoral" for the "Government" to convert you into hamburger for not obeying the "law"?

  • The IRS, another great reason NOT to have children.

  • LIAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • People are worried about this countries deficit. Why? The govt prints the money. They can produce all the money we need to get out of this so-called deficit. We give this paper power. Money is needed to pay fro all that we need. They can produce the money we need but people are starving, homeless, no medical insurance etc. Its all bullshit people. The world is suppose to be1 unit where we all chip in and help each other not get over on each other, for the sake of profit.

  • Everything you do in respect to the IRS is done with your consent, Title 26 "IRS Code" is not positive Law, it is "prima facie", it is only Law if you say it is or if you act upon it. Secondly, all US citizens are employees of the US, therefor they can be expected to pay incometaxes, Thirdly, as a 14th Amendment citizen, you can be legally extorted and governed under color of Law.

  • @SadegoGG The IRS and Fed are not true governmental agencies, they are "quasi-government". Google it, but I suspect you already have and are looking for an argument.

  • Wow. They were licking well before I ever contacted them.

  • The only good IRS agent is one who resigned and stopped filing a 1040 for ethical reasons.

    watch?v=IQ36h_TlKSs

Some say that if you don’t want to pay your income tax, you should go live in the woods.

I say - stop paying the illegal income tax and make them live in the woods. Those who defend an illegal income tax are mostly the criminals who benefit from it.

It’s time to put the real criminals in prison where they belong.

  • why doesnt the law simply state that " Federal taxes will be levied on an individual's income"?

  • The IRS. Another reason not to have children.

  • What is the TAX for someone that lived 365 days on a park bench?

  • What happened to the money that was paid back from Bushes Bailout? We have been told that 80%+ has been paid back. So, the debt should have went away,,, RIGHT? Do you think this was all just a sham. They must be getting the money back anbd just spending it. But for what? I have sent emails to every network with not one single reply!!!!!!!

  • @2:03,

A court case is not a law since the outcome of the case must be based on an already existing law.

She should have just said that Title 26 of the United States Code is the law that says you have to pay taxes, but she is an idiot.

  • Wow amazing. I think in this new age of terrorism however, taxes SHOULD be allowed to be taken and based on what color of threat we're facing. I mean if we're facing red, we're gonna need a lot of money for the booby traps so it should be our duty to PAY UP. I foresee no problems developing from this type of plan.

  • @zedsdeadz What do you mean by "color of threat we're facing"? I'm assuming you're referring to the War on Terrorism.

I should point out that 90% of casualties of that war are unarmed civilians. America is using rounds of depleted uranium that is radioactive, causing deformities in newborns. They raid people's houses, place weapons on the bodies of unarmed civilians & rape female American soldiers & civilians.

To the rest of the world, Americans are funding the terrorism of their government.

  • One day we might get beyond our fixation on the LAW and the Constitution and oppose taxation without representation on principle ALONE, because we desire to live free and not as slaves exploited by those claiming authority. This goes WAY beyond laws written on paper. The law can be rewritten, and then what? Will it be okay to tax us to death then? The answer is still no.

  • The only phoney tax scheme is the IRS itself. Obligation is not the same as law requiring you to pay tax. We pay file/pay yearly income tax out of fear of unlawful imprisonment. END THE FED.

  • @MsBonSaint and the folks that inforce this unlawful crime is the privite Army called police....

  • EVIL PEOPLE

  • We are incompetant children and not to be trusted don't question authority youngster

  • @Native1stearth You cant be being serious, surely...?

  • U.S. Code

    TITLE 28—JUDICIARY AND JUDICIAL PROCEDURE

    § 3002. Definitions

    15) ‘‘United States’’ means—

    (A) a Federal corporation;

If you can grasp this fact, you can be free, then demand that your Congressman vote to abolish this corporation, then the IRS and all the other corrupt Agencies will go with it. This is how you can free this nation with one vote. The US Code has no Authority outside of the District of Columbia and its' territories, yes you are FREE!. propertyrightsnow@yahoo.com

  • Like SOCIAL security being something like 5% of the FIRST $1,400 and OPTIONAL when it was written by that great socialistic 'ruler', FDR. ANYTHING that leaves a toe in the door for the government to get its hands on more of the peoples money (since they don't have any themselves) will be abused. That's called power!

  • For proof that there is no law that requires the AVERAGE American to pay the income tax, read my comments directed at members Tanoro and 1boxerman. By the by, Title 26 is NOT the law; the 16th amendment is NOT the law, so save your breath!

  • @interpauler Someone who knows what they're talking about...LOL.

  • @interpauler The 16th Amendment is not the law but Article 1, Section 8, clause 1 is the law, or at least the constitutional basis for "the law".

  • It's not enough to know that income taxes are ILLEGAL. One must know how to argue their claim in a court and that is a real quagmire of corruption. By the time you spend enough time in court you will think you are going nuts what with all the double talk and refusal of the IRS to produce the documents you motion for ...for it to prove its claim against you. They can never show any law that has been enacted that makes an income tax legal against you if you are not one required to pay it.

  • Those who won't read are as illiterate as those who cannot read.

  • @olga2415

So that means you're illiterate then because you didn't read my very first post (now below) in regards to proof of how there is no law that requires the AVERAGE American to pay the income tax.

    YOU GOT OWNED!

  • @interpauler Hey! Down , Boy, Down! I made my comment without reading what everyone else had to say because I wanted it to be my own comment ; not influenced by what others said. Those who argue that income taxex are LEGAL are the illiterate ones. And they constitute a mass that is dragging this country down into total distruction. I had my own standoff with the bastards and after I lose everything I owned, I finally proved I had no liability. You got owned. You misinterpreted MY COMMENT.

  • @olga2415

Glad you know the truth but you wrote, "Those who won't read are as illiterate as those who cannot read" and "You misinterpreted MY COMMENT."

Well, you didn't specify WHAT to read, so your comment was misconstrued as those who don't read Title 26—the primary source of income tax lovers—are illiterate, which implies favoring the illegal income tax. Anyway, thanks for the clarification. :)

  • Who would mind paying taxes if what he said was true but its all BS. We all know what our money is being used for. For years we have paid our taxes and we still wind up with tons of Debt. Now how can this be. We all know they are not spending all this money on schools, infastructure, and defense. Are we really that foolish to believe we need to be defended from anyone but them. When our roads and bridges are falling apart, then its not infastructure. Schools. The school system is a joke!

  • Precedent = law, just as any supreme court case creates law.

  • the gov. is becoming a department store, you are forced to shop at.

  • NO TAXATION WITHOUT CLARIFICATION

  • In the same 1956 interview for U.S. News & World Report, IRS Commissioner Andrews said, “I don't like the income tax...every time we talk about these taxes we get the idea of ‘from each according to his capacity and to each according to his needs.’ That's socialism! It's written into the Communist Manifesto... Maybe we ought to see that everybody who gets a tax return receives...a Communist Manifesto with it, so he can see what's happening to him.”

  • No Tax or Duty shall be laid on Articles exported from any State... [Article 1, Section 9, Clause 5....

  • Congress can only impose an income tax

on those individuals engaged in certain types of international and possessions commerce.

    NO TAXATION WITHOUT CLARIFICATION

  • I have proven that there is no law that requires the AVERAGE American to pay the income tax. Title 26 is NOT the law; the 16th amendment is NOT the law. I have proven this with my comments to members Tanoro and 1boxerman; please read the comments for proof.

  • @interpauler I wonder how knowledgeable and brave you'd be if you ever had to defend YOURSELF as YOURSELF, in a court against an illegal seizure of your person by U.S. Marshals. With the ego you display, I estimate you'd last all of three minutes. I even bet you do not know what "defend yourself as yourself" even means. I bet you don't even know how to identify yourself in a court proceeding. It gets really deep. Start studying and quit yer yapping at those on the same side of this argument.

  • @olga2415

Hey! Down , Girl, Down! :) I've been to Tom Cryer and Sherry Jackson's trial, so I would say I know about court proceedings—plus the fact that I'm friends with Tom Cryer; plus I know all about admiralty maritime law and the strawman theory. So should I "start studying" or have I already studied? :)

  • @interpauler Well, it's good to know about your studying and friendships, but I must say, no one can ever study enough. These creatures are unremitting. They are now trying through their minions running for congress, to get the tax laws rewritten to " be more fair" and you know what that means. The laws don't exist now, so what will be "rewritten"? I've enjoyed our exchange. Good night. We must stay vigilant.

  • Lets get this said load and clear right at the outset: IF YOU HAVE TAXABLE NCOME YOU ARE SUBJECT TO THE INCOME TAX. Section 1(a) of the Internal Revenue Code-says: " There is hereby imposed on the taxable income of -... a tax of varying percentages- Pretty straightforward.of course,

it does raise the question of exactly what is is taxable "income".

  • @Tealy855

And Tealy, what exactly is taxable income, according to Title 26? :)

  • @interpauler To have taxable income you must be liable.

liable: Those made liable under Title 26 are :

    1. non resident alliens with domestic income

    2. foreign corporations with domestic income

    3. us citizens residing abroad with foreign earned income-

4 withholding agents for the above

    WHAT ? NOT YOU ?

  • @Tealy855 The constitution limits the income tax to thise folks.

The income tax ,an exise does not apply to those living and working in

the states. an exice tax is a privlage tax .

  • @Tealy855

Precisely! Anyone can look at Section 861 of Title 26 to find out who is liable for the income tax (Hint: most Americans are NOT liable!)

Go to: tree 3 . com / 861 (minus the spaces)

  • @Tealy855 I can't find that. could you post a link?

Or what section is it in??

  • AUTHORITY TO LEVY RESTRICTED TO FEDERAL DISTRICTS

    Title 26 Subtitle F

Sec. 6331. Levy and distraint (a) Authority of Secretary........".Levy may be made upon the accrued salary or wages of any officer, employee, or elected official, of the United States, the District of Columbia, or any agency or instrumentality of the United States or the District of Columbia, by serving a notice of levy on the employer ".... DONT LET THEM FOOL YOU AGAIN !!!

  • The problem is I have no TAXABLE income for this year or any other

  • @Tealy855

    I don't see that as a problem. :)

  • @Tealy855 The bigger problem is that even if you have no Taxable income and diddn't pay income tax on it, inevitably the money still goes on a Tax hellride, sales, excize, gas, oil, ss, registration, renewal, tolls, etc.etc......and with 270 characters remaining I still would not be scratching the surface.........just thinking about it makes my butthole hurt.....ughh..

  • I just read up more about Income Tax and it is currently used for the majority in: Social Security, health care and defense spending.

  • @Tsteve08

What's your source? Because my source is directly from the commission appointed by the President of the United States; that means that's pretty high up. :)

Again, the Grace Commission of President Reagan's Administration revealed that "100 percent of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal debt...all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services which taxpayers expect from their Government."

  • @interpauler Read the Book: Income Tax Shattering The Myths

by Dave Champion - it has all the info you need to know- about

the Income Tax Scam - The Governments own words

It even proves that FICA is not Soc. Security

  • @Tealy855

Dude, I know all about the income tax fraud. I'm the one who posted this video. I'm also friends with Tom Cryer and Larry Becraft. :)

  • @Tsteve08

You seem to really love paying the income tax; well, go right ahead, since no one's stopping you. If you want to give away your money, then do it; no law requires you to pay the income tax. Funny how you research how the income tax is being spent—though you're completely and unequivocally wrong—but you don't research how there's no law making you pay the income tax. Sheep will be sheep! :)

  • Taxes provide money for the following: Schools/roads/police/FireDepartment

/EMT(ambulance response). Military of course... and I'm sure there are many

more. The whole point of taxes is so that you get these services that you need,

and so that your roads are usable, and we have some form of Home Defense

    and a military.

  • @Tsteve08

Well, of course, "taxes provide money," but do you know WHERE the taxes come from? Roads are paid for by gasoline tax. Schools and libraries are paid for by property tax. Our military is paid for by corporate income tax and NOT from the individual income tax that you pay. To fund government services, the average American pays over 50 different types of taxes including the sales tax, school tax, license tax, real estate tax, telephone tax, etc. (continued)

  • @Tsteve08 (continued)

So what does the income tax pay for? The Grace Commission of President Reagan's Administration revealed that '100 percent of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal debt...all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services which taxpayers expect from their Government.' In other words, 100% of the income tax just pays for the interest on the budget deficit and not one penny goes to... (continued)

  • @Tsteve08

    (continued)

...any of the services expected from government—you've been duped!

    go to tree 3 . c o m / 861

  • @Tsteve08 The Grace Commission of President Reagan's Administration revealed that '100 percent of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal debt...all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services which taxpayers expect from their Government.' In other words, 100% of the income tax just pays for the interest on the budget

  • @Tsteve08 In other words the money you pay in income taxes

goes to the bankers who pay off the politicians who tax you.

  • Title 26 Subtitle A The Income Tax The first 2 chapters tell you what the income tax is The 3rd tells who the Tax is impossed on: Americans residing abroad with foreign income ( 1040) Non-Alien residents with US Income (1040N) Foreign Corporations with US Income, Witholding agents for the above who are U.S.Citizens, Us persons and Payors. Due to limitations of the taxing power of congress the income tax was never impossed on American Citizens with only domestic earnings
  • Comment removed

  • @all028 They all signed tax form swearing under oath that they

were taxpayers - liable to pay income taxes.

  • @Tealy855: Yeah, you are right.

  • we need to remove leaglease from all bills and laws

so the average person can understand with out double talk

  • Google Swizz Beatz

  • NON-TAXPAYER

The power to tax the domestic earnings of the vast majority of American citizens was never granted to Congress by the U.S. Constitution. because working and making a living is a natural or enalible right not a mear privlage. Such a broad direct tax could never pass constitional muster and would most certainly struck down by the Supream Court .

  • Those made liable within the several states are:

    1. non resident alliens with domestic income

    2. foreign corporations with domestic income

3.. withholding agents for the above

    4. U.S Persons holding the income of the above( 1 and 2 )

  • Look at what happened to Wesley snipes? He's in jail....

Now Chris Tucker supposedly owes 11 million and the tax man is coming after him

  • @pdynamics1

Plenty of people beat the IRS in court over the income tax, without ever going to jail: Tom Cryer, Vernice Kuglin, Lloyd Long, etc. Just because you go to jail doesn't mean you're guilty. Ever heard of Martin Luther King? Rosa Parks? Gandhi? All of them went to jail but none were guilty of any real crime. In fact, I've read that 70% of the people imprisoned are actually innocent—so what does that say about our judicial system? :)

  • @interpauler:

    1. I'm not justifying the law so there was no need to point out all those examples. I made the wesley snipes comment because it was a factual statement.

    2. On a different subject, you say "70% of the people imprisoned are actually innocent..." If this is true, then the death penalty should be abolished, no?

  • @pdynamics1

    1. "Justifying the law?" There is NO law! Read my comments to Tanoro and 1boxerman for proof of NO law! And I'd pointed out all of those examples because they're factual statements as well. It's obvious that you assumed going to jail automatically means one is guilty but I proved you wrong—just accept it.

  • @interpauler: I really think you should calm down. I'm not trying to get into any debate....I just made the wesley snipes comment and you're jumping all over it trying to prove me wrong. Dude, I just made a comment...and that's it

  • @pdynamics1

Don't play stupid, even though you really are. haha. Just by reading your original comment, one can easily infer that your assumption is that if you don't pay the income tax, then you go to jail—totally wrong!

Moreover, I didn't try to prove you wrong; I did prove you wrong, so again, accept it.

By the by, I am very calm. :)

  • @pdynamics1

    2. Of course, the death penalty should be abolished but why isn't it? Did you know that the vast majority of prisoners on death row are black? But there are a lot more white prisoners than black prisoners, so why are more blacks on death row? Because the death penalty is misused and abused! Just Google it if you don't believe! Most importantly, please do your research before you comment!

  • @interpauler: You say "please do your research before you comment!" It was just a question to find out your position. by the way, I oppose the death penalty.

    Anyways, goodbye

  • @pdynamics1

Who cares what my position is on the death penalty? haha Who cares what your position is either? So again, please do your research before you comment, since you seem to know very little about the death penalty issue.

I bet you regret posting, huh? haha Then don't make stupid comments in the first place.

    Goodbye to you, too!

  • @pdynamics1

Furthermore, the United States of Hysteria has the most prisoners in the world, much more than even communist China. Care to guess why? (Hint: jailing people who speak the truth is much easier than letting them speak the truth.)

  • @pdynamics1: Yes, just like Al Capone who was jailed for tax evasion and not smuggling

  • @frnksng

Again, plenty of people do NOT pay the income tax and beat the IRS in court! Tom Cryer stopped paying the income tax and beat the IRS in court; Vernice Kuglin stopped paying the income tax and beat the IRS in court; Lloyd Long stopped paying the income tax and beat the IRS in court. Should I keep going or do you finally understand this simple concept?

Plenty of people do NOT pay the income tax at all, close to 60 million Americans! Maybe you should stop kissing pdynamic's ass...

  • @frnksng: What needs to happen is a paradigm shift. The govt should tax me on what I SPEND not on what I EARN. They should put in a federal sales tax so everyone pays taxes including organized crime. After the federal sales tax is in place, they should abolish income tax

  • @pdynamics1: Not only that....the govt has proven it cannot control its spending (Past administrations are equally as guilty). Deficit reduction is needed even more. I would start the cuts in arts funding, foreign aid, and especially the war.

If they'd control the spending, maybe the IRS wouldn't have to go chase everyone...

  • @pdynamics1: Good point about Wesley Snipes whose in jail now

  • Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation

  • Congress was granted the power to impose an income tax, however

congress was never granted the broad power to impose such a tax on the vast majority of working americans.

The income tax is contractual for most of us.

For Individuals domiciled in the 50 states and who are not Federal employees, nor non resident alliens , the income tax is contractual. Liability only begins when the individual voluntarily enters into a contract with the government.

  • What about IRC §861(a)(3), "Compensation for labor or personal services performed in the United States."

  • @heffer84

    Go to this site: tree 3 . c o m / 8 6 1 (minus spaces)

  • Easy way to clear up the issue is to abolish the IRS. I would love to see these idiots try to get a productive job.

  • Mr. Interpauler.

The IRS pays a bounty to those who report them who apparently aren't filing. May I please have your mailing address and SSN?

    Sincerely,

    AR72908

  • @AR72908

Sure: 666 No Law Lane; Kiss My AS$, USA, Inc.; 666-69-6666

By the by, why would I have to file if I don't even work? I'm retired! haha You're not the sharpest tool in the shed, are ya?

No law means no filing is required! Read my comments to Tanoro for proof of NO LAW! Or you can just keep on filing, just like you keep on being a sheep...

  • The 16th amendment says the Federal Government can collect taxes.

  • @AR72908

Well, duh! But have you even considered WHOM the 16th amendment applies to? If you actually do the research like you're supposed to, then you'll know that the income tax only applies to those involved in foreign or corporate commerce, NOT the average American! If you want proof, read my comments to Tanoro and 1boxerman.

  • The bottom line is that the authority for all taxation issues from The Constitution. However, there is no constitution. No one ever signed it. You. Me. Not even George Washington. The so-called ‘signatories’ only subscribed their names "In witness whereof ". Witnesses are never parties in interest on a contract. How can taxation be justified based upon 4 pieces of paper no one bothered to sign? There is no such thing as a 'citizen, state, county, senator, president' etc...All are fictions.

  • Fucking traitors all!! EVERY PENNY of income tax goes into the pockets of private criminal bankers in the Fed Res to pay the interest on the loans they issue to the criminals in the govt to operate. NOT ONE penny of income tax goes to ANY service the govt provides!!!!

  • Since 1938 the US Courts have ceased operating under Common Law and now rule/judge within Admiralty Laws and the Uniform Commercial Code because the US Government was incorporated in Washington DC and each state has also been incorporated. All laws today operate und Uniform Commercial Laws as corporations. All citizens from the time they are born become an incorporated 'strawman' when the birth certificate is issued. Note name of strawman is always in CAPITALS. See you drivier's license.

  • 'yeah'''go to IRS to find out if you are supposed to pay taxes. that is like asking the wolf if he has the right to eat you. IF this is a country of laws...then NO LAW should mean NO Law.

  • They had every chance to prove that it is law to put taxes, and the still don't answer the questions. "We have proof of courts that show..." You mean, "Corporate buddies.."

What a mess. Obligation my ass. He needs to be sock on it regarding obligations.

  • The reporter didn't say INCOME tax, he messed up....would have been a great vid.!!

  • Well of COURSE there's a law, silly; it's the UNWRITTEN law, used with such success by the Mob. You know, the one that says, "Fork over, or we'll mess you up." It's very true that no statute exists. It's also true that the IRS isn't going to stand by and let people get away with not paying just 'cause of that. They'll make examples, and horrific ones. They've done this for a long time, they're experts at hurting people. But they can't get everyone if nobody pays. The thing is, do you feel lucky?

  • @GuinnevereB LOL

  • Federal with-holding automatically comes out of my paycheck. This year i wont be filing my taxes. Fuck the IRS.

So what will happen? Will I be arrested for not filing? Is there a law that requires that I file with the IRS?

  • Is it maybe that they have the RIGHT to tax but we are not required by law to pay?

  • @ccotton54

If "we are not required by law to pay," then they—the IRS—have no "right to tax!" For example, our right to a speedy trial is protected by the law of the 6th amendment. If we didn't have the 6th amendment, then where would our right to a speedy trial come from? The answer is we would not have that right. So again: if "we are not required by law to pay," then they—the IRS—have no "right to tax!" :)

  • @ccotton54

By the by, there is no law for the average American to pay the income tax. Click 'see all' comments and read what I wrote to Tanoro for proof!

  • He is such a good little boy to pay his taxes. It is a fundamental construct of our nation now that we pay taxes to pay the interest on our own currency being printed. Yes you read correctly, the federal reserve which is not part of our government charges us interest on the money our government asks them to print!!

  • FUCK THE IRS!

  • @Kamikuru77

    That's right!

  • @interpauler thank you for that information about the disclaimer. Doctors, lawyers, etc all have disclaimers. People need to do their own research. It is so unfortunate that the USA education system have made people so stupid and brainwash that they are unable to think for themselves.

  • @sankofa669

You're welcome, sank, and you're right: people can't think for themselves; they let the news think for them; they let the politicians think for them; they even let Paris Hilton and Britney Spears think for them! haha

These people really need to think for THEMSELVES. As Bill Cooper said: "Read everything, listen to everybody, don't trust anything unless you can prove it with your own research."

  • The Part That gets me is she says they have the right to tax I Guess We Americans No Longer Have Rights Right. Your Salary Comes From Us To Pay You We Own You You Don't Own Us.. Show The Law Stupid.

  • he said we have a "fundamental" obligation to pay taxes. not a legal obligation. sounds like horse shit to me.

  • Yeah its more like "im a sucker so those evaders gotta be suckers too"

  • @micwat49 When you're bleeding on the ground, don't expect an ambulance to come save you.

That's what it would be like without taxes, no public government services would work.

*in before OMG ITS A COMMUNIST LIBERAL!*

  • @Tsteve08

Such ignorance! We're not saying abolish ALL taxes; we're saying abolish the INCOME tax, since there's no law in the first place. You want proof? Read my comments directed at Tanoro and 1boxerman for proof.

  • Joseph Andrew Stack killed himself today by flying a plane into the IRS building in Austin, TX. Read his suicide note here: tinyurl dot c o m / joseph andrew stack (minus the spaces and replace "dot" with ".")

    Bring down the IRS!

  • @everything2

    1) I was there at Cryer's trial, when he proved that there's no law.

    2) The court didn't rule anything; the jury did, you idiot. haha You might want to go back to school to learn a little bit about the judicial system.

    3) The IRS charged him with willful failure to file, because they couldn't charge him with failure to pay a "required" income tax, because the income tax is completely voluntary, because there is no law for the average American to pay an income tax—get it?

  • law 26 U.S.C. § 1 requires people to pay income tax.

  • Yes, I agree. Despite what the tax conspirators say, it took me all of 5 minutes to find the law. The entire U.S. Code is available online to read. Title 26, sections 1 and 61 pretty much nail the coffin on the infamous "there is no law" defense.

I don't like anymore than you do, but it's in black and white. It IS law. Google the U.S. Code.

  • @Tanoro

5 minutes, huh? Why don't you actually read Title 26 CAREFULLY, instead of with a cursory glance? You need to find out what TAXABLE income is; if you read Title 26 further to find out what taxable income is, then you will find out that it's only for those involved in foreign commerce! Thus the average American is not required to pay the income tax.

You are correct that there is a law BUT that law only applies to those involved in foreign commerce and international trade.

  • I assure you, I did read it.

Let me be more specific. Section 1 imposes the tax on "taxable income" for individuals, married and unmarried. Section 63 defines taxable income as "gross income minus deductions allowed by this chapter." Gross income is defined in section 61 as including, but not limited to, "Compensation for services, including fees, commissions, fringe benefits, and similar items," which accounts for taxes on labor earnings for individuals.

  • @Tanoro

I'm glad that you've read it but unfortunately, you've failed to focus on the most important part of Sec. 61: "Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle." Otherwise would mean laws such as The Revenue Act of 1918-1939 (10 total) where it states: the term gross income—(a) Includes gains, profits, and income DERIVED FROM salaries, wages, or compensation for personal service." These laws prove that income is NOT wages or salaries; income is profit FROM wages or salaries! (continued)

  • @Tanoro

Therefore, gross income is NOT wages or salaries; gross income is profit / gain FROM wages or salaries. Contrary to what the IRS would have you believe, income is NOT everything that comes in. Title 26 Code never defines income but defines gross income as income derived from whatever SOURCE, including wages and salaries! Income ≠ Wages

Also, the Supreme Court has defined income as gain, profit, derived from capital, labor or both combined! (continued)

  • @interpauler Nice explanation! I think I'm going to simplify it and try to make a video. :)

  • @Tanoro

So what comes in is NOT income, but gross receipts." In order for there to be income it must be DERIVED from that portion of gross receipts that represents the investment or property given in exchange for those gross receipts. If it cannot be separated, distinguished, from the capital and spent or used without injuring the capital portion, then THERE IS NO INCOME.—U. S. Supreme Court in Eisner v. Macomber, 252 U.S. 189, 40 S.Ct. 189 (1920) (continued)

  • @Tanoro

Finally, according to the Supreme Court, your earnings are not and cannot be regarded as income and should be excluded from your gross income (26 CFR § 1.861-1)! Attorney Tom Cryer beat the IRS in court by proving there is NO law for the average American to pay the income tax. Just Google him to find out more or go to truthattack dot o r g.

I'm glad to be able to teach you something new. Now use this to spread the truth.

  • @Tanoro watch?v=B2AkTRQuSrQ

  • @1boxerman

Wrong! Title 26 requires people to pay only on TAXABLE income. If you read Title 26 further to find out what taxable income is, then you will find out that it's only for those involved in foreign commerce! Thus the average American is not required to pay the income tax.

Go to whatistaxed dot c o m and click "IN A NUTSHELL" to find out the truth!

  • taxable income = gross income-deductions (foreign or non foreign) right?

foreign income = non tax exempt income right?

i.e. both are taxable, and if you have a good accountant, than you will pay only the websites definition of taxable income, correct?

oh, and the site you gave me says "Do not accept this website as tax advice."

    seems pretty straightforward.

  • @1boxerman

Wrong again! Read what I wrote to Tanoro because I'm really sick of repeating myself. Hell, there are over 500 comments for this video—don't you think your crap has already been said? haha Please stop with the repetitive "broken record" speech; just go through the comments to see how wrong you are.

But if you don't want to, then just keep paying the income tax. Have fun!

  • so you're not answering my question/ statement then, and are also confirming that you enjoy saying that other people are "wrong!" instead of "misinformed!" and are unwilling to answer, but instead throw websites that are admittedly not for legal purposes. ooookay...

  • I did answer your questions, by directing you to what I wrote to Tanoro, since you both asked the same thing. Why should I repeat myself, just for you?

READ WHAT I WROTE TO TANORO!

  • Also, websites post something called a "disclaimer" because they obviously don't want to get sued. Were you born yesterday? haha. Don't you know what a disclaimer is? Of course, websites have to say things like "Do not accept this website as tax advice." Just go to any attorney's website and they'll have a disclaimer as well! This is why I don't want to repeat myself, because I shouldn't have to, because you should use your head!

  • let me point out that I'm all for not paying income tax, taking down the fed, etc., I'm just looking for would-be-illegitimate info sources.

  • @1boxerman

That's great: continue searching for your "would-be-illegitimate info sources" but please do the research first before asking your questions. You are repeating the same crap (no offense) as so many others have, because they're too damn lazy to do the research themselves and want someone else to feed it to them on a silver platter.

Try going to truthattack dot o r g. In the search field, type in "gross income." Click on the links to further your research.

  • okay, regardless of the law, income tax is still being payed. Clinton set up a team to find out where it went. They found about 90% of it goes to pay the interest on fed loans. The fed does'nt need to exist. it all boils down to bullshit. see, I'm on your side either way.

  • @1boxerman

Yes, "income tax is still being payed[sic] by us," but the income tax law only applies to corporations and those involved in foreign commerce, thus the average American doesn't have to pay the income tax. Of course, the IRS won't tell you the truth. After all, they never put a gun to your head to file; people just do it voluntarily on Tax Day! And Reagan actually found out that 100% of the income tax pays for only the interest on the budget deficit (America's debt). Here's the quote:

  • @1boxerman

"100 percent of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the Federal debt...all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services which taxpayers expect from their Government."—The Grace Commission of President Reagan's Administration

Anyway, I apologize for my tone earlier. Please understand that I've been dealing with this for several years now and saying the same thing over and over, ad nauseam, indeed takes its toll. Thank you.

  • Good to see the activity, interest and commenting

growing on web sites like this. Thanks

  • Do not sign the W-2 and u owe no taxes, by signing the form u legally give the IRS to take money out of your "compensation for labor", also ur SSN is the number of a trust, it is this that is being taxed, not u the human being. Give back the SSN, its not yours anyway, its the gov's, you are getting a benefit by using the SSN so they have a right to tax that benefit. Also income means "profit", when u EXCHANGE ur labor for money, how are u making a profit? You're not but the liars won't tell u!

  • @2:23 I may be wrong but isn't she saying "...advising people they don't have an obligation to pay taxes..." Is this right???? Sounds like she is conflicting her own assertions.

  • Notice they simply say "pay taxes." There are different type of taxes just like there are different breeds of dogs, and some taxes, like some dogs, are mean by nature.

Income Taxes are direct taxes, anathema to the American political ideal. In any tax dispute the lowly individual is pitted against the virtually unlimited resources of the I.R.S.. That's hardly fair.

  • 16 Amendment was never ratify. Corporations were suppose to pay taxes from their surplus & profits, not individuals from labor & wages. Closed Hearing in congress allow this to go through, during Chritmas. Just like the Health Care Bill we are not allowed to read it, it has in it gun control, chip, force vaccination.

  • alot of people dont even know that there is really no law stating that u have to pay income taxes. i know this and im only 22. the sad part about it is people are going to jail for something thats not even illegal.

  • do u pay your taxes?

  • hell naw i dont pay no fuckin taxes. im self employed. i keep every dollar i get.

  • ha u fill out ur 1040 put buncha 0s?????

  • i dont fill out anything. i just make my money and spend it as i please.
