Yes, this nugget is from the extra features on the DVD "The Hunting of the President", a speech Clinton gave after the premier of the film. No matter where you are on the progressive spectrum this little overview really captures a view that we're not often reminded of. It reminds me of a quote by Adlai Stephenson -- "we inherited freedom, but we seem unaware that freedom has to be remade and re-earned in each generation of man".
