Sorry- University of Florida study proves dogs to be 95% accurate compared to that of a tech. Yeah-we can find markings if they have been there long enough but an inspection could take an hour for a 1 bed room unit. A dog can do it in 5 minutes and I don't have to touch anything plus it works out cheaper in the long run for the management company. You can pay us 125 an hour and inspect one unit or pay a dog 250 and inspect 12.
