  • It`s lika a dance xD

  • okey I have whatched a few videos from you and none of them are good I could doit better!

  • stupid drills,

only 1 way to actually get quicker.

run run run. no secret behind it.

  • @xxtriple6789 where have you been the last 20 years? You wont gain speed from plain running.

  • @xxtriple6789

i kinda agree with you well i actually mostly agree with you lol

  • @xxtriple6789 ..... such an ignorant comment...speed and agility are two different things, try picking up a book sometime.

  • @thedon1098 hmm, i play football at academy level, and to me theres only 3 real ways to get quicker. Burst of speed at full pace, 100meters as fast a possible and training with extra weight ( ankle weights, parachute etc). Just look at the video and to be fair, whens the last time you did that in a game? it doesnt help agility either as their going too slow, their basically doing it on the spot. The only thing that helps them get quicker is the sprints after the dance moves!

  • @xxtriple6789, yea, unfortunately, your theory is 1000% false. There is a difference between speed and agility. You play football, is Wes Welker fast or quick? In striaght line speed, he's slow but in terms of agility, there aren't too many players like him. I'll give you another example...whats the difference between Shonne Green and Ladanian Tomlinson? One can break tackles inside, and one, outside. One is faster in a straight line, one is faster breaking the corner.

  • @xxtriple6789, yes, you are correct in terms of straight line SPEED. The only way to get faster is by SPRINTING. But, agility, ability to move left, move right, CANNOT be enhanced by straight line speed. Its two different things. If you play football, then you should know the SHUFFLE very well, correct? Well, does this enhance your speed or your agility? Ladder work = Agility. Again, speed and quickness (Agility) are two different things.

  • @thedon1098 The thing is my friend when i said football, i ment football(soccer) not american football. Agility Is the ability to stop, start, and change the direction of the body or body parts explosively and in a controlled manner. Capitalize Change , Direction and Explosively. This training does not meet these standard, thus not training agility. Its not just plain quickness.Quick feet maybe yes. But not speed.
