I'm shocked that these use these Boeing 757s in cross-atlantic flights. They are so cramped and there are no personal screens. Thank god for Air Canada and their beautiful B777-300s with personal viewing screens and redesigned interiors!

ETOPS is an acrynym standing for E.ngines T.urn or P.eople S.wim. It is an extended range qualifier awarded to certain aircraft models by the FAA which qualifies the airframe to travel beyond 60 miles from an emergency landing field (on a single engine) ie. crossing a large body of water or a rugged mountain range.

@totesen this aircraft has a domestic configuration in this video for trans-atlantic flights they have the bigger envoy seats, PTVS in envoy and I believe slightly larger economy seats

There used to be like a mini galley or a lavatory  and dividers in that part of the aircraft you boarded through but now its just seats on your right when you walk in. on ATA 752s they had a lavatory in the middle that would be on the right side when your walkin forward and there would be a large divider betweent that first row and the door. and on the left on the other side of the left door there would be like a galley or somthing...lol i sound crazy right now don't i?

yes but this video was taken in 2007. this plane has since been reconfigured with 12 business class seats. it flies to europe.
