  • Wow, that is a superb fanfare! Thank you to the organist for sharing this!

  • Veeeeery nice! command of B natural as good as B flat. Addition of the 32' reed was exactly at the right moment. A true musician. Kudos!

  • Your excitement and joy in playing come across loud and clear! It's what inspires congregations to sing, makes organ music enjoyable and made me immediately order this sheet music after hearing you play it. It's the magical part of music....and without it, then the F# instead of the F natural becomes immensely important...and the piece becomes sterile. Post more!!!

  • Thank you to everyone so far your your kind comments. I'm far from a professional and do this as a hobby. Just a reminder that i am well aware there are mistakes in this piece and it's put online to share some of my excitement and enjoyment of playing :-)

  • Thanks for posting. Greatly enjoyed!

  • Marvelous!! Your "mistakes" are far better than my perfection!

  • very well done, and loved how you really opened up the organ

  • You make it look easy. That makes you GOOD!

  • Is there somewhere I could order this arrangement from?

  • Honey, that (F) in the beginning fanfare is an F NATURAL.

    Just a little tip!

  • @brentstull - Thanks for the tip. yes, i realise it should be F natural - alas, it was an oversight in my rush to record it.

  • I'd like this song played at my wedding and I'm having a hard time finding the arrangement you played (really much of this song at all) for my organist. Do you know where I could order it from?

  • WOW! Beautifully played MsPaige Turner. You are a fabulous organist. Love how you managed to make the windows rattle with this posting!! Wish I could be there to hear you play on your return visit to this organ. Who do you register for in Australia? Any postings here on YouTube? Thanks for sharing your wonderful talent.

    Best Wishes,

    Roy

  • Yeah, it would! Will have to see what i can arrange when i am next in the UK ;-)

  • That would sound great at St. Paul's in London

  • Wow, that sounded fantastic!

  • I just ordered a copy of this piece. You played it VERY well! What a fun instrument. I would like to hear it on the Crystal Cathedral organ, or of course the Moller at Calvary where Dan was organist. Bravo!!!

  • I really wish I could play the organ! After watching the many organ videos on Youtube I want to ask the organist at my church if she can give me some lessons.

  • Wow and wow again. Thanks for taking the time to post it.

  • I had a CD of Dan Miller with this on it. This brings back so many memories. I must go buy the music and CD now

  • wow, very nice!!

  • boy, that'll fire up the congregation for Christ's triumphal entry! Loved that final stanza... it was a doozy. Great harmonization... Love Dan Miller's arranging.

  • I see this organ everyweek...and Wayne is a great guy!

  • Caezar460, I am not Dan Miller - This piece is by him. I'm just performing it.

  • Sorry for that.

  • Wow, great playing, great sound, and great organ! One of the largest, if not the first-I don't remember. You really had a privilege to play this thing! I met Wayne Foster at an organ concert in my hometown, at my church! He is a great organist, and plays a great organ every Sunday! I've said enough, and best wishes to you!

  • 2nd largest in the world, largest church

pipe organ. This is wonderful, does anyone know who is playing, he is really good!

  • Thanks guys! I think it's a cool piece and and such a great organ to play.

  • It is so awesome that you got time at the console of this beast. Amazing sound. Well played.
