I told them politely where to shove their thumbscan and left, I have seen gas stations with these devices, seriously people. Cameras on street corners and stoplights, body scanners at airports, this crap is humiliating. Maybe acceptable in Nazi Germany or Communist China, or Stalinist Russia, but damnit not here in America.

This means that it is a certificate showing that your state holds your title. You own the car and you can do what you want with it as long as you follow the rules when you have it on other property than your own. They had to use ink and take my prints because the scan (which they refused to inform me why they do it) didn't register my skin lol.

America used to have a moral character, but have been flushing it for 30 yrs!
