  • This is not a debate, he stood up and asked a question.

  • Ubeki beki beki beki stan stan stan Herman Cain! LOL LOL What was his take on Libya???

  • Herman Can't

  • What Herman Cain said is kinda shady...bc you know what? Herman Cain implemented this same policy that Clinton proposed in this video and called it his own when he ran for president. Did it work Mr. Cain?!?! I think so bc you're bragging about it now...p.s I'm African American so don't play the race game

  • 2 losers.

  • If McCain hadn't done all that shady crap, then he might have become president... smh.

  • Does Clinton realize that he's trying to talk numbers with a mathematician? haha

  • yea cain knows 3 numbers: 9-9-9

  • @WhoaJ30 troll

  • Stupid fuck you said all his assumptions where correct. And in support he says let's suppose stupid idiot so glad this clown is out if the race

  • Bill is to intelligent and sharp for herman to comprehend..clinton was smooth and a great orator..herman can barley speak english

  • cain is a dipshit, but damn, what r the chances of this??

  • anybody else think this guy is a black robot with white programing ?

  • Cain is just a greedy bastard. More for him, less for employees. He would still do extremely well. Clinton would never get those calculations he asked that liar for.

  • There are cuts at 0:15, 2:35, and 2:56.

Not to dismiss Mr. Cain's argument but I can't properly assess a debate when some talking-points may have been cut out.

  • this just goes to show my grandpa was right. you cant fuck with urkle

  • Cain is still a piece of shit.

  • I love the look on Bill Clinton's face during this video. Deer in the headlights haha!

  • @psillyguava AMEN MISTER SISTER!!!

  • @psillyguava you should read his newsletters ... lol

  • @EMPERORMIKI i didn't read them, but i heard about them. He said he doesn't agree with or condone what was written in them (he didn't write them)

  • Dear Herman Cain Supporters, I am sorry to hear about Mr. Cain's departure from the race, but I will sincerely encourage to look in to Dr. & Congressman Ron Paul as another choice in this election. I know some of you may disagree with him on some issues, but I think you will find that he is a respectable and intelligent man that is looking out for Americas best interests. We cannot afford another rhino republican like Romney or Gingrich. Please do your own research on Dr. Paul.

  • @KidA452 lol relax bro

  • @liteashmusic nah, hes right. we really cant afford another douchebag working for special interests instead of the american people. Ron Paul is the only who's sincere and genuinely concerned in helping the people.

  • @sirus1987 true, genuinely hope none of the republicans win though cause if they make the changes they say they will...a lot of poor people of fucked. But yeah I guess since one has to be chosen it's ron paul. Sadly he has 8% compared to gingrich's 40% in polls.

  • @liteashmusic eh dont believe the polls, they're always altered or in many cases target a select group like gingrich supporters. The powers that be dont want Ron to win because he wants to limit their power, so they pretend no one likes him in hopes that the masses will follow suit. It may or may not work, but most people I talk to (and not just friends of mine) seem to think Ron is the best choice. He's real and I think people take notice of that.

  • @KidA452 Dear Cain Train de-railers, as my dude couldn't keep his sausage in his pants and couldn't answer the most basic of questions. And sorry cuz if you hang 'no blacks' in shop windows, I'm gonna get in yo face.

Cain debating Clinton is like watching my calico attempt to whoop my blue tick hound dog.

  • any competition push up prices even higher, further centralize power, and things get even worse. So the Democrats get in and the process starts again.

If only there was a Republican who actually stuck to the Constitution and cared about free market principles. Oh wait, there is - but Ron Paul is "unelectable", right? LOL, what a joke. Wake up people, and reclaim your nation.

  • Democrats tell their sheeple that we need to regulate industry because the fatcats are getting away with robbery, and then pass more "regulation" which chokes off the little guy because he can't compete and the big banks buy up everything for pennies on the dollar. Then the economy goes to crap because there's no competition and no free market, and so the Republicans get into office and say we need "deregulation". So we "deregulate" and those big businesses and banks that no longer have

  • At 2:30 Cain says "... it doesn't work that way because the larger competitors have the staying power". Bingo - that is what EVERYTHING is about when it comes to "regulation" and "deregulation". These peole are brilliant in a Dr. Evil kind of way. The multinational corporations and banks want to get rid of competition, so they enact their little scheme.

  • Cain may not know about Libya, but he sure schooled Clinton on health care....Clinton wanted to get the hell outta there.

  • Did Bill say Big Government is Over?

  • cain and clinton, who would watch the end of this.. I'm outta here.

  • Poor Clinton...he had to put up with these idiots and still managed a decent job.

  • Way to cut off the clip right when the President asks wtf kind of math Cain is smoking, great political editing A- though because you left that part of the clip in there. Could've taken it further out of context

  • Clinton dodges the question hahah

  • Cain seems pretty decent back then. What the fuck happened

  • 1:30 Clinton fucked her

  • This is a good example of the reasonable sorts of debate that have simply disappeared these days. These two were apart on this issue, but managed to debate it without personally attacking each other or letting their politics get in the way. And they finished off with an agreement to look into what Cain was saying.

    You don't get that today.

  • @simonster360 Quite simply, it's because politics now is about division and dividing the electorate into groups. Politicians do it, the media does it, and society suffers because of it. As you rightly say, debates of this nature have disappeared.

  • Cain got owned. ROFL .

  • This one's a keeper. Just the video as a bookmark that is.

  • How does the introduction of a new tax/regulation allow a business to raise prices? It simply doesn't. To be honest, most businesses will already have prices at the maximum point of profit. The addition of a new tax/regulation will not somehow allow businesses to pass on this price to the consumer.

  • this discussion is too intelligent for americans to understand.. too many percents, fractions and what not!

  • First time I seen Clinton get owned

  • Herman cant even calculate his 9 9 9 plan. He switched it to 9 0 9 and kept talking about 9 9 9 and now I'm all confused!

My point is how the hell can you know the calculation of his proposed health care bill if you cant even figure out your own gosh darn tax plan. No Cheese!

  • Reasons Clinton won

    1. He didnt have to rape his woman.

    2. Herman Cains stupid pizza business survived under Clinton

    3. He won re-election

  • The vid author has doctored out a very important portion of the 'debate' found on Youtube vid "Herman Cain Educates Clinton on Economics in 1994 HC Town Hall forum"

I believe this was taken from the vid and is a doctor reproduction.

  • Clinton just ignored him after his long explanation.. I hate the way politicians dismiss all the hard questions! Clinton is a PIG honestly he will forever go down in history as the president who got his hotdog wacked under the oval office desk..he was &still is a disgrace &Hildabeast is just as bad. May history tell the truth! U were a disgraceful pig& an embarrassment to your country, & U rode the prosperity train you did not create. Your a fraud Clinton &everybody does not love & adore U!

  • if hed paid for his employees h.c. pizzas would be sold same as before just that prick wouldnt get so much profit so what? fuck him and the rest of the 1%. WE GROW THE FOOD, WE MAKE THE FOOD, WE BUILT THE RESTRAUNT, WE DESIGN THE EQUIPTMENT AND BUILT IT AND SHIPPED IT AND INSTALLED IT ,WE MADE THE ROADS,THE INTERNET, THE PHONE LINES THE CARS, FUCK HIM AND THE 1%

  • @baconator691 it's true!

  • @BillClinton Owned!

  • @lostpainting4 Ron Paul is not a lunatic old crank, he perdicted the economic collapse and perdicted we would get attacked for our actions in the middle east (9/11). And If you look at the Ron Paul videos and which group of people they are most popular with, you will find that they are most popular with middle aged people, even though i am 18. On Iran being a threat, if Ron Paul was president and thought Iran was a threat to our national security, he would go to congress, go to war, and win

  • @DP3mo24hofosho Wrong his isolationist views would stop all our military operations overseas, ergo all our ground assets would be playing Beer Pong in America while they prepared a strike on us. And he did not predict 9/11. It was a clever plan to circumvent our lax policy on terror. If you read your history without out the Ron Paul culties you'd realize that we MADE the Afghan economy. Without us intervening they would be run by Russia and all starved to death East Berlin style!

  • @4PFrog dude, the video is on youtube with him perdicting an attack on the US back in 1998.

  • @4PFrog Wrong, Russia could not beat them& went home defeated. &you think the Afghan people love us now? Your delusional, if U win a mans freedom for him he will depend on U2 fight for him forever. Afghans must fight there own battles, this terrorist BS is just that BS government using fear tactics to take our freedoms one after the other! Ron Paul believes in a strong defense and kicking ass if we must with a clear directive to win a declared war! constitutionally. Ron Paul2012 letsmakehistory

  • @snowbal1776 the afghans defeated russia with a great deal of help from the USA. They were being systematically eliminated through air assaults until they received weapons and training channeled to the by the USA. And just as a side note, congress approved the Afghan war. Under the use of force resolution, the president has power to prevent any future attacks of international terrorismby such nations... (see sj 23 es of the 107th congress)

  • Wow what a fucking response from Bill. That is how you answer a question fellas. This clown can't even explain his 999 plan when prodded just a bit about specifics. He's standard response is well so and so prepared it so it must be right. Cain is a clown.

  • @lostpainting4 The current foreign policy already cooperates with dictators, thugs and madmen. We give plenty of dictatorships money through foreign aid. Ron Paul simply wants to have trade relations with all nations, but no entangling alliances as the founders would have it. Ron Paul doesn't want us to waste money by having 1000 bases across the planet just so we can maintain planetary domination. So what if I Iran has a nuclear weapon? We have thousands, the chinese and russians have thousand

  • Bill Clinton is and was a great president.

  • @xmagicxx01 I agree Clinton was the best, Obama the worst

  • One thing I would like to know, anybody know ANY woman who would let a strange man on first meeting feel her up without immediately slapping the living shit out of him on the spot? I don't.

    Are people really that dumb?

  • 2:20 Clinton: Oh, crap.

  • Math is apparently just too much for Mr. Cain.

  • @bugajskio Mr. Cain has his degree in mathematics you idiot. He has forgot more than you will ever know.

  • @bugajskio

Too much for you apparently. Moron.

  • Wasn't it the Clinton administration that made banks give home loans to people they knew couldn't afford them. I know that's not the major cause of all our troubles but its defiantly part of it.

And Obamma didn't end any wars. Hes holding tru to a agreement,An agreement that was made between the the Bush administration and Iraq in 2008 to start pulling our troops out which started in 2009 and will be completed by the end of this year. Bush handled the negations(remember the shoe incident.

  • And of course, everybody assumes Cain is guilty, with no evidence, just a bunch of false accusations.

Let me give you all a tip.

1 false accusation is 1 false accusation.

4 false accusations is guess what? 4 FALSE ACCUSATIONS! It doesnt somehow make it more true?

  • Herman Cain is a class A joke, everybody knows it and I honestly don't think he expected anyone to take him this seriously. He wanted nothing more than a glorified book tour and of course America, oh look at America. Never underestimate the power of stupid people. Herman Cain laughs himself to sleep every night thinking about how gullible we all are.

  • @PickyPicklePots Exactly. Personally I think he's literally a psychopath. The molestation charges and his ability to lie with a straight face don't surprise me at all.

  • @PickyPicklePots

Hes a joke but hes leading the polls. Now either Americans are dumber than i really thought or they are falling for the "Race card guilt". Lets feel sorry for the black man and elect him despite him not being a good choice.

Ron Paul is the best choice shame Americans don't even realize that.

  • Stop touching peoples genitals Herman !!

Ok.. so Clinton touched peoples genitals to, but with consent, and thats a big difference.

  • 4th Accuser about to break silence........ Gonnna be a long day for Mr.Cain.. lol

  • 1/3 of my employee's are insured now, and 1/4 were fired because they didn't wanna suck my black dick.

  • @owenish10 ex-CUSE ME!!

  • @owenish10 Stupid comment.

  • @Tsuruta1 This could be the answer to about half of all comments on youtube...

  • @Prowsky More than half....

  • Hey look it's a slightly younger flip-flop Cain!

  • Its really so rdiculous: there is no developed country in this world where there is no at least decent health system for the citizens - except the US. And the economies of almost all those countries are at present doing way better than the economy of the U.S.

  • @Jenga18260 Herman Cain rocks Im voting for him twice.

  • looks like Clinton got owned, (sarcasm)

  • @matlande Clinton did get owned. (nonsarcastic)

  • why do almost all the videos i click on have people sayin ron paul for president yet he has no votes

    NO MORE LAV0N AFFAIRS! DR.R0N PAUL 2012!

  • @controversyking listen you fucking retard, i never said anything about speaking like a "gangster". you don't have to speak "white" to speak normal. this cunt was speaking like a redneck cracker, which was just embarrassing.

  • @blackstars56 I feel sorry for you.

  • @ThePowerWithinMe you should feel sorry for yourself.

  • Herman Cane stood his ground. good debate, still won't vote for him.

    Ron Paul 2012!!!

  • This guy is an Uncle Tom...he tries too hard to speak "white". dumb house negro.

  • @blackstars56 its better than trying to speak "black"

  • @nubfail thats not what i said you dumbass. black person doesn't need to talk "white" to speak properly. he can speak normally, but not this over the top white cracker attitude.

  • @blackstars56 CHILL OUT WITH THAT MAN. WE ARE BETTER THAN THOSE GOP ASSHOLES WHO PLAY THE RACE CARD CRAP

  • Thank you RedTory59 you said it all!!!!!!

  • Nice to see that Herman Cain has been consistent in one thing -- being full of shit.

  • For a guy that's not a politician he sure does have great access to politicians. He's been running with the establishment Republicans for years. RON PAUL 2012!!

  • @kenetoken

You are suggesting that Cain is to close to politicians yet you support an actual politician(Ron Paul). Isn't that hypocritical? Don't get me wrong, I love Ron Paul, I live in his district(Matagorda county, TX) but to say Cain has access to politicians and that makes him part of the establishment yet Ron Paul is not part of it is hypocritical. Paul is a good guy but he is not a leader. Can you picture Ron Paul standing toe to toe with Putin? Me neither.

  • @kenetoken What? Ron Paul is the definition of 'Establishment!' He's been in politics longer than most of his 99% people have been alive!

  • @4PFrog Look at Ron's voting record. Why does the media ignore Ron? Use your brain. break the chains.

  • @dgholmz Honestly, because he's not a Republican, he's a left-leaning Libertarian who's in a conservative district. Yeah he's pro Constitution which I'm with 100% but his base is out Occupying with the Progressives, that should tell you something. Ron Paul is the face of the career government that has through backroom deals turned a tax code into a tax maze!

Free your mind and see the way to eliminate whole departments in the gov't is to simplify the tax code and cut off their money and power.

  • @kenetoken Paul IS the establishment. What has he accomplished in Congress?

  • @PALINSMITH An audit of the fed? Which has led to many discoveries like "The Wives of Wall Street". Honestly, regardless of what he has directly accomplished... he has changed the discussion considerably. He has probably had the most effect of any of the candidates on the ballot, for that matter.

  • Search Herman Cain, Aquila. How is he going to explain this away?

  • Clinton's face 2:21. Bubba don't know!

  • You cannot lie about the facts. He never said he was an economist, he is merely a CEO who took over a company that was NEARLY BANKRUPT and turned it around to making a profit and hired more people. Listen moran it is obvious that you never sat through Econ 101, nor have you ever run a business. The CEO does not fill the role of CFO he oversees the direction of the company and makes decisions about how the company should be run. This time around prove you are not idiot.

  • @jdanusa1 Idiot, before calling anyone a 'moran', make sure you know how to spell. In addition, when addressing someone, make sure you hit the reply button - any idiot knows that. Furthermore, do not act like an idiot and make assumptions before reading the comments completely. Now, let me respond to your silly little comment. Firstly, while he did not claim to be an economist, many here claimed that he was. Secondly, he did not take over 'a company that was NEARLY BANKRUPT and turned it around'

  • @jdanusa1 The companies he came into were never near bankruptcy. The records are publicly available, and only an idiot would dare repeat a claim without verifying the figures themselves. Next, as I mentioned to another poster, do not copy paste external material. It merely reveals your shallowness. There you go, "moran". Some facts for you to ponder on.

  • Ron Paul will

    - BRING HOME the troops

    - End (and audit) the private bankers' “Federal” Reserve and the power for THEM to print OUR currency (Thomas Jefferson warned us)

    - End the Patriot Act

    - End the FEDERAL GOVERNMENTS' 40 YEAR LONG UNSUCCESSFUL WAR on our God given right to choose what we put in our bodies (The End of the War on Drugs)

    - Cut 1 trillion dollars from our debt the first year & Balance the Budget

    - End the IRS and Income Tax

    Vs Cain who will

    9-9-9 TAX (yes a tax)

  • @psillyguava Ron Paul, will sadly, not get elected and do none of those things.

  • @jalks1 says who?

  • @psillyguava Oh really? I'm sorry I had no idea that Ron Paul would become supreme dictator of the United States overnight.

  • @ThirdEyeBlind33 As President he would be commander in chief, so he could bring home the troops day 1. He will then push legislation that accomplishes the goals i laid out above. In America no we do not have dictators, our president can only create and suggest legislation to be passed by congress with reasons as to why it would benefit the country. Ron Paul luckily never voted against his word in 30 years in government. So the statistical possibility he will follow through with his word is 100%

  • @psillyguava First of all, pushing legislation doesn't guarantee anything.

Second of all, the assumption that he would follow through with his word 100% of the time is bullshit because clearly, as you said yourself, we do not have dictators.

  • @ThirdEyeBlind33 Nope, the only guarantee in life is death

  • @psillyguava geez you make ron paul sound like the second coming of jesus(with that flaming sword to pwn n00bs), you think ron can spare a couple of grand off his pay check to help america feed the poor and help kids like me go to college?

  • @jamz3243 i'm not trying to make him sound like anything, that's simply what he will do if he is president. Well not directly, but the econony will drastically improve so college will be much "cheaper" (i use that term because the value of the $ will increase once the federal reserve is gone and the dollar is backed with gold or silver), but no he alone cannot help feed all the poor. But! he will only take a $32,000 salary as president vs obama's $400,000, so maybe that $ can go to the poor!

  • @psillyguava well sorry to burst your hopes a bit mate but there has only been one president who has gotten 400,000 and given it to charity and he was Kennedy. Ron paul says many things about only accepting 32,000 but a man like him can not and WILL not willingly try to live at the same salary that I had to live under. Just because you increase the val of the $ that doesn't mean colleges will bring prices down or even look/feel cheaper. As for changing the dollar back to gold.silver values...

  • @psillyguava ... that was started by a repubilican and converting our current currecy backing into gold/silver would mean the federal reserve would have to give it all away (and them some more) to other countries, due to our deficit, which would mean the dollar would weaken overall, should we switch back the good and honest way of determining the value of a dollar. Aka. dammed if you do, dammed if you don't

  • @jamz3243 very true, very true

  • @jamz3243 Backing currency is a long term goal. Obviously if we had continued to back our currency, we wouldn't have the deficits you are speaking of to begin with.

  • @macktasticjoshflava tell that to @psillyguava this person deserves your attention more than I.

  • Cain rebuts Clinton by saying that the 30 percent who are insured "actually have zero" but started off by saying that they're "insured" and cost him 2.5% of payroll.

It sounds like he changed his story after Clinton handed him his ass. I wonder whether any politicians, domestic or international, would put up with that kind of BS when the rubber meets the road.

  • The thing that strikes me when I watch is that although Cain and Clinton disagree, Clinton does not try to vilify and demonize Cain. He conducts a discussion. Compare this to what Cain does with anyone he thinks is liberal or a press member he disagrees with. How much of a tyrant will he become with the power of the presidency on his side?

  • @finerbiner Not sure it can be any worse of an abuse of power than forming unconstitutional positions like "czars".

  • @b1zarre23 Lincoln suspended habeus corpus. thomas jefferson went around congress and unilaterally agreed to the louisiana purchase. Reagan traded guns for hostages and sent them to an illegal war. Bush illegally spied on american citizens. each president claims all the powers of the past president and tries to add to them.

None of this, or anything you wrote has anything to do with my original comment.. So what is your point?

  • @finerbiner Sure it does, read your last line again "How much of a tyrant will he become with the power of the presidency on his side?" I responded to this with our current administrations actions. That is my point. As for what any future president will do, seems you have covered it nicely with how presidents add to former admins actions. Interesting how you didn't add any of the democratic presidents of the past...

  • Herman Cain is the most successful troll since Insane Clown Posse.

  • Herman Cain; Trolling since 1998.

  • clinton looks like a boss. herman doesn't look that bad...but clinton looks like a greek god

  • LOL: In retrospect Clinton looks and talks like a used car salesman!

  • LOL@ Clinton saying "Raise the cost on pizza." OR Hermie could not make as many millions but the greedy capitalists won't have that!

  • He said "NAHN out of ten Americans." I thought he was gonna say "NAHN, NAHN, NAHN!"

  • He surprised President Clinton with his carefully planned, deliberate and confusing assault, while hiding under numbers that are difficult to fact check - it can only be verified in a court where it can be cross examined, not it a national televised debate. This is a cowardly attack that the GOP have great success is utilizing recently - Joe the Plumber, for a recent example.

  • His question was deliberately confusing, but his main point is his company cannot afford 1.5% for healthcare. In 818 F.2d 667: Universal Power Systems v. Godfather's Pizza, Godfather's Pizza itself said its profit margin is 9.97%. Under cross examination and scrutiny, however, the court contended the profit margin to be 31.4%. In another franchise advert (Google it), it said its profit margin was 70%. In ANY cases, it is not even CLOSE to the cost he said his business cannot absorb.

  • nein nein nein!!!

  • Clint tried the old bait-and-switch trick and got bit

  • !!!!Clinton facial expression as he gets spanked @2:22

  • I think America should switch to my health care plan.

    Walk it off.

  • @deanayechi why do you want that piece of crap Obama to be reelected!!!

  • Obama will Destroy this Guy, he is a joke. Herman Cain for the Republican Nomination!

  • @deanaynechi Dr Martin Luther King was a Republican
