These guys are from sweden and i´ve watched him do this in several senior games whitout even get hooked or tripped the defensmens don´t expect it so they keep their eyes on the puck when its airborn.. but it only works once per defensmen =)

Well, it's not pretty hard; when you skate and you have space and something crazy goes through your mind like: what if I flip it over his damn head? You simply have to listen to this voice and do it.

Half the time, a crazy move works for one reason: it is the least expected thing.

The rest is just abotu hoping your blade isn't frozen with melted snow turned to ice or covered with snow before you try to pick it off. If itis so, just kick it rather than throw it , but this one is harder.

If you can do it normally you can do it through your legs with about 5 mins practice. Once you kow the technique of scooping it up its all easy.
