without know these people in real life, i'd have to say that while they sound great and i'm sure they mean well, they come off as conceited and immature.
you're going to ask nervous freshmen "do you know where the clitoris is?" on an audition sheet.
that sounds mildly retarded and fratboyish. this just reminds me how disconnected acceptable/professional behavior at large american colleges is from the real world.
